Phillip: Why aren't they surging in Texas, where there are perhaps more undocumented immigrants? Minneapolis, which I think has a population of maybe 100,000 undocumented immigrants, requires the largest deployment of ice anywhere in the country?

A viewer asked Asmongold why he cares so much about illegal immigration. He said it's because he's a Texas resident and he's seen how undocumented immigrants overwhelm public services and commit more crimes. But in reality, undocumented immigrants commit the LEAST crime, at less than half the rate of US born citizens. Documented immigrants are the second lowest. (See Texas data below). As for "overwhelming public services", the rate of population growth in Texas has been highly consistent at around 2% annually for the last century. In fact, the growth rate is gradually slowing. So a "surge in undocumented immigrants" does not explain public services being overwhelmed. But while Asmongold focuses his vitriol on the poorest, brownest, most law abiding and most working class demographic, he ignores the elephant in the state... The richest man in the world, Elon Musk, is now worth three quarters of a trillion dollars and he resides in Texas, where he pays ZERO income tax. And his companies, also located in Texas, receive billions in tax breaks and subsidies. An uncritical thinker like Asmongold might excuse these handouts by claiming it attracts business to the state, resulting in a net positive effect... But then why aren't public services properly funded? The GDP of Texas just saw a 6.8% annual growth rate while population growth remained BELOW the century long average of 2%. Where is all the money going? Instead of blaming the biggest parasite, Elon Musk, Asmongold blames undocumented immigrants who pay roughly 9% of their income in state and local taxes (sales, property, etc.), just like the rest of the middle and working class. Except undocumented immigrants are BLOCKED from accessing many social services. Meanwhile, the wealthiest Texas residents pay closer to 4% (and even less for Musk). So to return to the original question of why Asmongold cares about illegal immigration, the answer is actually quite simple. It's because he's a sheep and he believes billionaires like Elon Musk when they blame the problems THEY cause on brown people and immigrants.

There is no evidence whatsoever that undocumented immigrants in America increase crime rates in America. In fact, there is actually evidence to the contrary. More undocumented immigrants seem to actually decrease crime rates. So when Trump tries to fear-monger you to be afraid of immigrants, he's gaslighting you. If you believe him, you are just a gullible person.

Some protesters in Mahikeng are not happy that undocumented immigrants are not removed from the city. They say some of their fellow protesters are just singing, while undocumented immigrants are hiding in some of the local buildings and others, in plain sight. Some of the shops belonging to foreign nationals are not operating today. Protesters say Moshawane hall outside Mahikeng, which is reportedly a centre were undocumented nationals may be collected is seemingly empty with no sign of deportation processing. Amnesty NOW! Since I was elected, I have advocated for real solutions for the millions of undocumented immigrants, mainly from Mexico, who are law-abiding. These undocumented immigrants are functionally and socially American—deeply integrated into the cultural and economic fabric of our nation! Love it or hate it, undocumented individuals are here to stay. While we may be upset that Biden/Harris permitted millions of asylum seekers from South America to enter with legal protective status, leapfrogging longtime immigrants, they are not what this is about. This is about the millions of undocumented immigrants who have been here almost my entire life, who are as American as I am, except for a piece of paper that makes them legal residents. Stop targeting the decent, hardworking undocumented immigrants. They are owed the same opportunities that this country offered so many so many years ago. AMNESTY NOW!

“Did you know that currently, in America, we have between 440k-500k undocumented European Immigrants ? But none of them are being demonized or rounded up by ICE agents. It can’t be the obvious reason I think it is. There has to be some other reason”
