For context my father took the video while on the job about an hour or so ago. (Not police). They are forced to shelter in place inside an office since just today there were reports of assaults on coworkers/individuals of the company. I did allow MSM to use it for info sense.

Seen this movement stuff for a while, so I finally gave it a go. This was my first time doing it, so it’s not perfect yet, it felts great… I wanna to start adding this into my daily routine. It’s meant to help with blood flow, lymphatic drainage, mobility, and getting the whole body moving. My body is way stiffer than it looks, tight shoulders, neck and back.. so this seems perfect and simple.
