If you follow my stuff, these features might sound familiar. There’s a good reason for that, and it’s worth knowing. So what does it do? It improves how the network handles delays in transaction data, it lets developers upgrade whole groups of smart contracts at once, and it lets them change stored data more safely as their apps evolve.
