Angry people have been trying to get something done since this was posted on TikTok, but archaic Victorian laws mean the RSPCA can do nothing. This is pure torture for an energetic little puppy like this. Theres no blankets or toys or anything. What sort of Ahole would do this to an animal!!!? If you live in Victoria, please contact Jacinta Allen and make a noise about laws that allow for this cruelty to continue.
