This reminded me of something RB (and Mercedes as well) had done near the end of 2021 where they left pit cables out (and in some cases team members themselves) on purpose just to try and make the pit entry/exit that little bit narrower, like shown here

It’s the easiest thing in the world to build a rustic firepit. I logged off, touched grass and made this one in less than 90 minutes. Dig a big circular hole, bank up the sides with stone and then put down some flooring (not even strictly necessary). I used some old terracotta roof tiles for the floor of mine. What’s great is that you can cover a pit like this and turn it into a smoker, or even put a teepee or tent over it and turn it into a sweat lodge with hot rocks.

Red and green aurora appear to dance in a timelapse as we flyby looking out Dragon Endeavour’s window with Dragon Freedom in view. We shot a couple thousand images yesterday trying to get the settings, lighting, and framing just right across multiple orbital nights because the aurora was amazing due to recent solar activity. Posted a single frame yesterday from a series of 300 or so images taken at an interval of about 1.6 seconds. Post flight I think I want to render 4k/8k with maybe some exposure smoothing or other processing to smooth out the video between frames. 0.8s exposure, 14mm, ISO 3200, 1.6s interval, 30fps

Some thoughts while training this morning: 1) I actually don’t like getting up to train at 6am. But I do what needs to be done, and with a young family I want to spend time with I’d rather take time away from myself and train while they sleep 2) See your training as a meeting with yourself; this is an idea you might have seen thrown about. I put all my sessions in a calendar - when it’s in black and white it makes it easier to just get it done. Mood always follows action, too Have a good week friends 🫡🌱

Jumps should be a key element in any 50+ training regimen. Why? We lose power, balance, and quickness (and bone density) far faster than strength alone as we age. By 50, you’ve already lost a lot if you haven’t been training it. These jumps also help build bone density—1 in 3 women, and 1 in 5 men have osteoporosis. Many, many people need to be doing jumping variations. Try adding some complexity by slightly altering the jump's direction. I’m jumping forward and slightly to the right on the first one. These little changes challenge our neuromuscular system.
