@airindia Inflight entertainment not working is nothing related to the current accident and nowadays in flights AC is switched on only during takeoff as cost cutting. Routinely announced in Indigo flights. He is simply engagement farming due to being in the right place at right time.

@airindia Nothing unusual about it. The last time I went, my tv screen wasn't working, seat was half broken and ac started only in air. Quite normal for AI .
