A logo isn’t a brand but it’s often the first thing people judge you on. If it feels generic or forgettable, it quietly undermines everything else. Not because logos do all the work, but because perception is built in seconds. That’s why I put so much care into making each one distinctive. It doesn’t need to explain the whole story, but it should evoke something. A feeling. A sense of intent. Here’s a 2026 showreel of some of my logo work.

The same food can end up with way more calories once you add more oil, butter, breading, or deep-frying.. even when the portion looks almost the same. That doesn’t mean you can never have fried food. Just know where the extra calories are coming from and choose the lighter cooking method more often. Boil it. Steam it. Grill it. Air-fry it. Small changes like this can make your meals work better for your goals without making everything feel so strict.

Can someone explain this to me? Whenever some work is taken up on city roads, why isn’t it completed overnight? They dig up the road and leave it unattended for days. You can now use Claude inside After Effects. Higgsfield's new MCP connector lets Claude work inside your actual AE project. It can build compositions, set keyframes, write expressions, and run the repetitive ExtendScript work for you, and everything it makes becomes an editable AE scene. More creative tools should work this way: an assistant that does the routine work while you keep full manual control. Try it here:

Coaches HATE TO SEE IT. Athletes get visibly uncomfortable. It takes maturity to handle it correctly. It's the REST INTERVAL. Too often we conflate activity with achievement. But when we're training for real speed, real power, or real strength? The session should be a lot more standing around than working. Because the prescribed work is to go at 100% - and that takes recovery time. So rest when the training rx demands it.
