It’s been said that 95% of adults over 30 will probably never sprint again. And I understand why. Most guys try it once after years of only lifting weights and then something snaps. They tweak a hamstring, flare up an old knee injury, or strain a calf. And decide, "My body just can’t do this anymore.” But that’s not true. It means: - Your volume is too high - Your recovery is in deficit - Your next session is compromised - Your nervous system is still cleaning up the last one - Your growth is being throttled by accumulated damage Soreness is a sign you did something.
