We have a serious fiscal problem. The Auditor-General of South Africa has reported that R406 billion has been lost to corruption and irregular expenditure. If that money were redirected, we could provide the best health facilities for our people. There is no shortage of human capital. What we need is to stop corruption, redirect these funds, and invest in a proper public health system. One of the proposals we have put forward is a bill on insourcing to address this problem. Will you support the passing of a bill to insource all government workers who are currently employed as temporary workers? #EFFInParliament
