I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they want is not to passively watch how sexy you are, but for you to train them, to give them instructions, to teach them, to guide them, to be in charge, to command them. This is not being an object but the main subject. The Authority figure. How is your content already doing that. The sexy photos can still be there, they are important to already capture des attention. But what you do with that attention once you have it, is where the power dynamic is established. Sad this. The Street Guardians found a vulnerable family on the streets in town on the weekend. They have put them in the Adelphi Hotel for now and given them money for food. But this is only short term. We need to find them somewhere to live and get them on their feet. Any help would be appreciated. If anyone wants to bring food down to them message me and I’ll connect you with them. If anyone wants to send them a few quid for food message me and I’ll send you his bank details. They are in safe hands being looked after by The Street Guardians but if any of you can help take the pressure off them it would be a big help. As they are paying everything out of their own pocket. We’ve just met them in the hotel and done an interview to explain their situation. I’ll post this later. I will never ever ask what’s wrong of offer help if I wasn’t actually going to help. I see accidents on the highway almost daily, especially in the winter, if I am going to stop I always call the police first so I know help is on the way for them and for me if things go south. A woman was in an accident and she’s going car to car begging for help. She thought these people were going to help her and jumped in there. At only for them to boot her out. What would you do though, would you let her in the car? To me it could be a setup or they could have serious injuries would t want anything to happen. I wouldn’t let them in the car. People will criticize because they aren’t in this position or it hasn’t happened to them. I say unless I am equipped to help, I won’t. But I will always call for help. I feel that’s the best thing we can do in most of these cases and if anyone else has anything to say about it they don’t know what they are talking about.

It is about the soldiers who cannot leave their positions. The men defending Ukraine while their shelters are destroyed, their equipment is lost, and the world slowly turns its attention elsewhere. I am walking because they still need us. They need thermal drones. They need equipment. They need their positions rebuilt. They need to know that people are still watching, still listening, and still willing to stand beside them. Every kilometer I walk is for the men I serve with. For those still fighting. For those we have lost. For the soldiers carrying more pain than most people will ever understand. I can carry sore feet. I can carry exhaustion. I can carry this road. That caused a huge crisis and people were suffering. -> Ukranians under Kiev control, punished Ukranians that were not. Donbass people cried for help “Ukranians help us, what are you doing to us?” But normal Ukranian In Kiev ignored that and moved on with their lives, everyone has things to do. “We’re not into politics” everyone thought. This attitude allowed the Kiev government to escalate and escalate. Now 10 years later, the pendulum swung back and the same people that ignored what their government is doing to the Donbass and Crimea … now cry. “How can you do this to us?” That’s how in the end, the moral is … you need to watch politics and NOT allow the government to do what they want. Cause sure as hell, it’s you who will suffer for their doing. Their families are in Florida or Spain.

Watching these bts moments at Game Freak in 2006… I can’t help but think this was near the peak of their love for this franchise. You can tell they put so much fun, effort and passion into it. We really need Game Freak to still capture this love and effort for the future of the franchise. Over time doing the same thing gets old in a way(even if you still love it)… Sometimes new fresh ideas are needed too. If they just channel that magic again, or hire new guys that have that same excitement about Pokémon AND then pass on their spirit to them… man 🥹 I just love this.

How can players make a big jump next year?!?! For High School and College players… they all put in work with their coaches. Most of them have a trainer they see to put in work. So what is the separator? 1. Are you working on the right things with your coaches that are going to help you be a better player working your team and overall 2. HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU PUT IN THE GYM ON YOUR OWN. This is a HUGE SEPARATOR because this time isn’t dependent on anyone and is unlimited in how much you do. Almost every player I’ve worked with that has made a BIG JUMP has put in extra time on their own. It’s not only because of the work, but it also helps players understand their game better and gives them a bigger investment in their development. As a player you should assess that part of your development today!
