Traffic lights failed at a busy Junction near Chicago, USA. The cops put up Stop 🛑 signs and left. All drivers stop at stop line and proceed alternatively, in the order they arrived at the junction. Even if there is confusion like at minute 1.15 people cooperate rather than dominate, This is only possible because of strong Driver Education and self discipline. Note: there is not a single cop at the junction. By following the rule, hundreds of vehicles are passing through the junction without honking and without accident. In India, everybody wants to go first so we will gridlock the junction and get stuck for hours. Everyone loses! Believe me, Driver Education is the way forward to improve the chaotic traffic situation in India. (Along with strong Enforcement). #RoadSafety

Don't you hate it when people block a designated FREE left lane? Instead of queuing up behind the existing line of vehicles they squeeze into the left lane which is free- just to get ahead by 10 meters, and block it for others taking a left turn. That is selfish driving. #RoadSafety

If there is a Q for making right turn/U-turn, please join behind Q. Don't overtake from left and cut in front of line. That's cheap driving and causes road rage. Drive in a way that others look up to you, not down. #roadrage #RoadSafety

In India patience is in huge shortage. When joining the roadway you are supposed to wait/ yield to traffic flowing on the main road before you can join safely. They have right-of-way. What is your permissible waiting period after which you barge in? 10 seconds, 20, 30? Suggestion: As long as it takes. If you can't find a safe gap to make right just make left turn (easier) go till next junction make a U-turn and come back. #Roadsafety

Videos of military vehicles on roads in Rostov Region have started to appear in Telegram channels. Some of them clearly show government troops. Other vehicles are more difficult to identify - military trucks. But it is not clear whether these are Wagner forces or a regular army. It is also reported that part of the Rostov-Moscow highway is blocked. In Rostov, according to Russian media reports, PMC Wagner is still neither seen nor heard.

Please don't drive with Hazard lights in rain (when in motion). Use hazard lights only if your vehicle fails, and you are stopped at the side. Hazard lights should typically be used only on stationary vehicles or it can confuse people behind you. Hazard lights block indicators and may cause accidents when changing lanes, turnings etc. #RoadSafety

According to the rules, Everybody should stop at the stop line and proceed in the order they arrived at the junction. Watch it, no honking, no confusion because everybody knows the rules. We can achieve this level of sophistication only by Driver education. #roadsafety

When you see flashing lights and hear sirens, pull to the right and come to a complete stop. This is what deputies, firefighters, and paramedics are trained to expect. It keeps everyone safe and helps us reach emergencies as quickly as possible. In this video, Deputy Lopez is responding to a high-priority call involving public and family safety.
