Keep your four-way flashing lights OFF when you are driving with traffic, even if the driving conditions are less than ideal. But always drive with your full headlighting and tail lighting systems turned on - day and night. #BeSeen You can use your four-way way flashing lights momentarily if you're coming to a sudden and unexpected slow down or stop on the highway. Only use four-ways continously when your vehicle IS the hazard. For example, stopped and blocking a live lane. ^ks

Drivers, we must dim our lights when there is an oncoming vehicle. Always. No matter if the other driver didn’t dim his lights. Don’t flash him back as punishment. His vehicle might have a fault with the switch or wiring. If you start fighting with lights, he can swerve into your lane or go off the road. Innocent people will lose their lives. Some will end up with broken bodies... all because we didn’t forgive. Not everyone drives with bright lights on purpose. Sometimes it’s a mechanical fault. If someone flashes you once or twice as a signal and doesn’t dim, just look to the left of the road and pass carefully. Don’t make the situation worse by flashing back. Drive safe 🙏

5001 lights in WebGPU (Shade). 1 directional shadowed light with CSM + 5000 sphere lights. Using clustered lighting, similar to Unreal, the screen is split into tiles of 32x32 pixels and then further split along the Z axis. Lights are culled and binned. Most of the time engines implement clustered lighting with a fixed number of partitions in XY, something like 40x20, let's say, this is generally fine, but it doesn't adapt to different aspect ratios and tends not to scale as well into higher screen resolutions. Finally, by splitting the XY in 32 pixel increments (or anything that's 2^N really) - you get better wave coherence, that is - pixel shader runs more efficiently. The engine supports up to 10,000 so-called "local lights" in the frame, which can be either be sphere lights (point lights with volume) or spot lights. When I say "in the frame" - I mean on-screen at the same time. There can be a million lights in the scene for example, but only 10,000 can be visible at a time. Can increase the limit, but I reckon 10,000 is already a pretty (un)reasonable limit.

Location : Kothanur, Bengaluru This requires hazard perception to manage risk on both ends. How do you handle this when you have a tailgating truck behind,and an approaching gap in the median with turning traffic? I would never try to have a truck behind me on city roads as there will be so many gaps and people driving madly on both sides of the road. Change lanes early or let the truck overtake us.
