Some parents don’t realise the risks to children who are adopted, under court orders or involved in domestic abuse cases by posting online.

Goes without saying. I watched my 6 yr old granddaughter's Xmas Performance this week. The Head advised that no photos/videos to be shared on SM as not all parents/carers had given their permission to share images of their children.

Hmm isn’t the non-kill joy position here simply to ensure every parent has consented to their child being filmed in the N ? That covers any injunction / dispute issues?

Agreed but some parents refuse to listen when asked not to film.
