Idk what any of this means "Pushback minus 6" so im just gonna have to assume holy shit NRS really made this unbalenced

-6 is frame data for the move when blocked, so you are at a disadvantage when that button is blocked -6 means you can get punished with a fast move like a jab that is 6 frame startup. The pushback means you are out of range for the only move that will punish. So it is safe
