Spread it far & wide. Mass noncompliance is the only way you stop the government from putting its boot on your neck. You don't comply your way out of government over regulation. 🚜🇺🇲

USDA can’t create laws! It has to be an act of congress. The EPA recently found this out with a SCOTUS ruling and I’m sure the American Cattle Associations lawyers with some direction can file a lawsuit, with same results

The government doesn’t protect our food supply, if it did, we would not be a nation with highest chronic disease rates. I trust farmers over government.

@RepThomasMassie has been speaking about this issue on a few X spaces. This is a huge issue for farmers.

The USDA is currently using Google Earth to locate personal farms that have unreported cattle. They showed up at a neighbors house.

What if all the farmers just say “no” and don’t do it?

American Rancher Warning America About What’s Being Threatened By The USDA & ESG Carbon Regulations - Big Agricultural Will Force All Smaller Farms Out - CEO for Rabobank said if you can't afford carbon offsets, you should not be allowed to fly. The only people that should be allowed to fly are those that can afford carbon offsets - Cameras To Monitor Citizens On How Far You Drive - They Will Control What You Eat & What Your Kids Eat In Schools - ADM and Tyson right now are in the middle of building $500 million dollar plants where they are going to grow insects for human consumption, all in the name of climate change - Digital Tracking Tags On Cattle - They want your land - & Much more all in the name of Climate Change “Agriculture cannot go along with this carbon deal. You cannot agree to have your carbon emissions measured in any way because what they want, like I read out of that Tyson Foods ESG report, what they want is your supplier data and a standardized way of calculating it. Because what do you think the next step is? They're going to want you to reduce it and reduce it and reduce it. It's $3,000,000,000 that the USDA took with no oversight. What they wanna do with it is build a system that measures your carbon emissions. They're kinda giving away what the problem is there. The problem is you and your carbon emissions. And all the bigwigs in agriculture have pretty much signed on to this deal and that narrative, that carbon emissions are this huge problem. But they also want to control how far you can travel. And they've actually tried to regulate this in different places in Europe where they put up cameras that monitor their citizens that make sure they're not traveling too far around the city or even driving older cars and things like that. And the citizens have cut the cameras down. The CEO for Rabobank had said if you can't afford carbon offsets, you should not be allowed to fly. The only people that should be allowed to fly are those that can afford carbon offsets. And if you're too poor to fly and you want to travel, you should put on a virtual reality headset, and that's how you can see the world. They also want to control what you eat. And the New York City schools right now, they have taken meat off the menu for at least 2 days of the week. And the New York City mayor has said that he is working on a plan where he will limit residents' ability to consume meat. And then you have also, you know, ADM and Tyson right now are in the middle of building $500,000,000 plants where they are going to grow insects for human consumption, all in the name of climate change. And they want your land. Biden's, uh, 30 by 30 executive order, which a lot of you are familiar with, I think, um, conservation easements and then, of course, eminent domain in this state. Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan, has said using eminent domain, the government should take away farmland so that they can, uh, put up windmills. That's his suggestion. All in the name of climate change. Farm Journal's trust in beef program, which is where the $40 million went to. You can put, EID tag or a tracking device in your calf's ear, and they will store all your information, all that cattle all that animal's information. But then you put an app on your phone, and you put all of the information about your operation into that app, how you have to rotate your cattle, what you feed them, your land, soil. All that goes into the app. — So if you rotate or if you feed certain things, they're going to measure your carbon emissions before and after, and they're going to say that you're calculating your benefits. And so what do you think they're going to do with that information once they can control your entire operation and have all the measurements of carbon emissions from your entire operation, they're going to control every aspect of your life.”

I’ve Been Blowing The Whistle On This For Months, The Electronic Ear Tag For Cattle Bill VERY IMPORTANT 🚨 Not only do American farmers say this could put ALL small family farms out of business but Rep Thomas Massie says this is the first step to BANNING cattle - “The key that opens the door to end to the end of independent producers across the country” - The mandatory electronic identification ear tag bill would allow government & environmental groups who attribute livestock to climate change to receive information on small farms cattle - Smaller operations will struggle to shoulder the cost and infrastructure to maintain these systems - Said by farmers I’ve shared “A Trojan horse to get in and control the small farmer. It’s meant to come in, put the small farmer out of business - The rule would increase marketing costs because whenever an animal is sold, it would have to be traced and recorded “Well, you know, the left wants to ban cattle. And before you can ban anything, you need a registry. You need to know where it's at and who owns it, and that's why they want to tag cattle. We've seen it happen in Europe. Now on the right, you've got some cronies who stand to make some money from these ear tags. They're the ones who get the $15,000,000, uh, earmark. It doesn't go to USDA. It's going to, quote, stakeholders. That is a code word for private entities are getting a handout. And, um, what they'll do, they'll verticalize the industry with this. The big corporations, you know, you just talked about China. There are 4 corporations control meat processing in United States. One's owned by China. One's owned Brazil by Brazil. American ranchers will be working for those organizations if this tracking goes through because they'll verticalize the industry. —What's your response to this tracking of cattle? Are you concerned as well? Oh, yes. I am. It is, the key that opens the door to end to the end of independent producers across the country, and it is a pro a private property rights issue that, uh, we really have to consider here. When we start talking about RFID, EID, and data monitor monitoring of farmers and ranchers and their cattle herd size, we open up to what the door to what is going on in the European Union. And, under the rules of sustainable development, we know that the RFID, has led to a land seizure in the name of climate change. So once we open that door, there's no going back. And, uh, they can come and they can monitor, measure, report, and verify everything that's going on your on your farm or ranch. And then it's maybe down the road in the name of climate change, they can come and, uh, uh, dictate to you the rules of their production, which are subjective on a from a third party verification, and it is extremely dangerous to private property rights. This is a liberty taker, not a liberty maker.” Congressman Thomas Massie posted on “Hidden in this week’s Omnibus: Lobbyists got $15 million dollars to implement ELECTRONIC TAGGING of all cattle in the US. No law authorizes this! It will be used by the GREEN agenda to limit beef production, and by the corporate meat oligopoly to DOMINATE small ranchers. Massie, who sponsored the PRIME Act (which would allow meat from custom exempt slaughter plants to be marketed in some instances) shared the language, apparently directly from the omnibus bill: “The agreement directs the Department to continue to provide the tags and related infrastructure needed to comply with the Federal Animal Disease Traceability rule (9 CFR 86), including no less than $15,000,000 for electronic identification (EID) tags and related infrastructure needed for stakeholders to comply with the proposed rule. “Use of Electronic identification Eartags as Official Identification in Cattle and Bison.” (88 FR 3320), should that rule be finalized.

Nick Saban was asked a question after practice once. His response was 70 seconds of gold on what it takes to be successful in life. Here’s Saban on the Illusion of Choice: “These guys, they all think they have this illusion of choice. Like I can do whatever I want to do. “You have a younger generation now that doesn’t always get told no. They don’t get told this is exactly how you need to do it. So they have this illusion that they have all these choices. “But the fact of the matter is, if you want to be good you don’t really have a lot of choices. It takes what it takes. You have to do what you have to do to be successful. “You have to make the choices and decisions to have the discipline and the focus to the process of what you need to do to accomplish your goals. “All these guys that think they have a lot of choices are sadly mistaken. As we all have done with our own children, they learn these lessons of life as they get older. “Sometimes the best way to learn is from the mistakes you make, even though we all hate to see them have to make them, and we don’t condone it when they do.” – I’ve studied Saban for 12+ years, and the Illusion of Choice is one of the most powerful concepts I’ve come across. Some key takeaways: 1. Excellence has a price. We can complain about that, but it’s a fact of life. 2. Most people don’t want to pay that price. They just haven’t admitted it to themselves. 3. Saying you want to be excellent is easy. Becoming excellent is hard. 4. There may not be one way to become great, but there are very few. And they all have discipline and consistency in common. 5. Every action we take is a choice. We’re choosing to make progress, or we’re not. 6. The formula for becoming successful: Your Daily Choices x Time. It’s simple, but we make it complicated. 7. Sometimes we learn more by making the wrong choices. Reflect on them, pull out the lessons and move on. 8. You have to choose what you do every day. Don’t follow your feelings. Choose to do what will make you better. 9. There are no long-term hacks. It takes what it takes. ||| Hope this is helpful. Follow me Teddy Mitrosilis for more writing. HERE WE GO 🚨 Illinois To Begin Offering Drivers Licenses To Illegal Migrants. The Process Of Turning Illegals Into Voters Is Beginning “The wonderful state of Illinois has made it effective next week that undocumented immigrants will be able to get driver's licenses. Undocumented immigrants will be able to get driver's licenses.” What does undocumented really mean? It really means we don't know much about them. We don't know who they really are. They have no credentials that all of the citizens have to have in order to get a driver's license. And they could have anything in their mind in reference to why they came to the United States. And we wanna make sure in the state of Illinois, that they're very comfortable. So now they can become police officers, but they couldn't do that unless they had the license to drive, so they took care of that. Now they can get their driver's license. They can become police officers. And realtors cannot refuse to rent to them. Neither can they refuse to buy, sell them. They can refuse to me. Yeah, they can tell me, go to hell. You know, I'm not, as long as they don't get in the trouble with the hood. They can do it in a very slick way. Just the fact that I'm saying, hey, I'm an Illinois citizen. I want to rent this property. They said, well, what's your credit score? What's your usable income? — This is all going down the damn tubes. Your dream of the United States of America is a memory. This is something else, something else. You wanna know why veterans have to beg you for benefits? When people can get billions of dollars to make another drug that one year down the line is a high probability that the lawyers are gonna be saying well if you took the latest you may be entitled to benefits. You can get billions of dollars for that, but if you went over there as a young man Desiring to protect and defend and now you have post-traumatic stress syndrome or you burn the burnt parts of your body up or you have to cut something off, you are expendable. That's the kind of f**king government that we have. Excuse me, that pisses me off. In your face, oh, but it's time for election.“

ABC’s Mary Bruce: “On the rising oil and gas prices, the President has said that this is a small price to pay for getting rid of a nuclear weapon. But ten weeks in, are we any closer to getting rid of Iran’s nuclear material?” Secretary Marco Rubio: “Yeah, but look, here’s the way to think about Iran. And this is what I described at the very beginning of this. What was Iran’s plan? You have to understand what their plan was. Their plan was they were going to build this conventional shield where they would have so many thousands of missiles and drones and rockets that they couldn’t be attacked. And behind that conventional shield that they were trying to build, they would then break out and do whatever they wanted with their nuclear program. They no longer have that conventional shield, okay? We told you guys from the very beginning, and we’re very consistent in this messaging. The operation that has concluded was going to destroy their navy. They have no navy left. They don’t. Not a navy. They have small boats and Boston Whalers, but they don’t have a navy left. They don’t have an air force. I challenge you. When is the last time you read or heard about an Iranian jet flying anywhere? They don’t have an air force. Their missile launching capability has been substantially degraded. And their industrial base — their defense industrial base has been severely, severely damaged. So, their ability to build a shield behind which they could hide their nuclear program was wiped out. That’s a very substantial achievement. And that was the purpose of this operation from day one.” Bruce: “But do you HAVE to get their nuclear material in order for this war to end?” Rubio: “Well, that’s one of the topics that needs to be discussed. I don’t know about. I think you’re linking it — the operation is over. Epic Fury is — President notified Congress we’re done with that stage of it. Okay. We’re now on to this project of freedom. As far as the negotiation is concerned, I think the President’s been clear that part of the negotiation process has to be not just the enrichment, but what happens to this material that’s buried deep somewhere that they have still have access to if they ever wanted to dig it out, that has to be addressed. And that’s being addressed in the negotiation. I’m not going to go further on what progress has been made on that topic, because I don’t want to endanger the negotiations, but suffice it to say that the President and this entire team is aware of the centrality of that question, and that will have to be addressed one way or the other.”
