Uhhhh Ok nerd time... I y could have been a tremor at night that wasn'y strong enough to be felt or in a combination with the lressure changes of the room and temperature shenanigans it mads it fall off It could be sleep walking or ghosts-

Maybe half asleep you took it down to reload it and forgot? Or a mouse or an entity.

If you don't have any cats then maybe you bumped into it half asleep? I know I find my waterbottle in the bathroom sometimes because I refill it half asleep and forget to bring it with me.
