Pleased to share our experience with Cap-Suction pseudopolyp formation during UEMR (CAP-UEMR) - useful to create a protrusion in flat lesions (including 0-IIc), multifocal cap suction is also possible as seen in this video. Also useful for ileal or intraapendiceal lesions

Any effect on the quality of the histopathology specimen due to suction?

Thank you for your question. Not really. We have examined several cases with our pathologist and there was not relevant “suction” artifact

Fantastic technique. I have two questions: Underwater is always required?. Any experience with cap suction and submucosal injection in flat lesions?

Thank you Vicente! 1) we use always underwater to help keep floating the pseudopolyp “gravity free”, but of course you can suck (cap) mucosa with gas insufflation. 2) No experience but sm injection and pseudopolyp formation before snaring should be possible (less effect if gas?)

The lady who recorded this should be arrested for harassing government servant A female passenger questioned a bus conductor of the Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) for wearing a cap along with his uniform. The woman, who recorded the incident in a viral video, repeatedly asked him about wearing the cap. She said, “You are a government employee. Why are you wearing a cap with the uniform? Is it appropriate to wear it?” During the entire conversation, the conductor remained calm. His response was that he has been wearing a cap during duty for many years, and nobody had raised any objections to it before. “You can practice your religion at home or in the mosque. But as a government employee, you should not wear a cap during duty,” the woman the end of the video, the bus conductor removes his green cap. Was it a right thing to do? We also wear our religious marks like tilak or cross. But its not effecting the delivery of duty. What do you think?

In the clip, Tausif is seen putting a black cap on his Hindu colleague Krishna. The news channels are presenting it like this: “Tausif was seen making a Hindu employee wear a cap before namaz.” However, it is clearly audible in the video that Tausif says: “This is a special cap brought from Rajasthan, for Krishna. He has come to our home for the first time, so we are honoring him. Eid Mubarak, brother.” Krishna also wishes him “Eid Mubarak.” They hug each other and sit together to eat sheer khurma. The way the news channels are presenting this video suggests an intention to portray Muslims negatively.
