Twitch's viewership cap for streamers persistently viewbotting will be based on their valid traffic and historical patterns. Viewership over the cap will not be counted, including valid traffic such as Raids, during the period they are subject to the cap.

Asmongold says the main problem with viewbotting on Twitch is that the platform relies on viewership more so than others Also says he’s talked to streamers who were considering viewbotting “Main problem..Twitch aggregation method and the way viewbotting and viewership is the main variable to discoverability..why other platforms have smaller problem, like YouTube..has tools..doesn’t reward viewership like Twitch does” “I’m not saying they did bot but they openly considered it bc it made them mad that another streamer was doing it” “Great content creators will succeed regardless..it might take longer”

Twitch will launch the ability for creators to self-enforce a view cap if they feel they are being viewbotted. This would presumably allow the creator to avoid punishment issued by Twitch's detection by proactively self-capping.

I said it a month ago, the Caps were poised for a BIGGGGGG offseason. While their two moves definitely are valid to critique (mainly Tuch), they’re significant upgrades over McMichael and Ovi (if he retires) and they STILL have $12M of cap space.

There's a common error that I see in some Excel models today that results in a property being undervalued. Since property values have fallen in many markets over the last few years, a new buyer's NOI will likely be higher than the existing owner's NOI because the new buyer's property taxes will be lower. If you were to estimate the value of your property based on a cap rate and the in-place NOI without adjusting the property taxes for the new buyer, then you're likely going to undervalue the property. There's a simple shortcut to estimate the new buyer's NOI based on a reset tax basis without creating a circular reference. Step 1: Add the Property Tax Expense back to the NOI Step 2: Add the Tax Rate to the Cap Rate Step 3: Divide the higher NOI by the higher cap rate This will equal the same result as using your original cap rate with the buyer's NOI inclusive of the reset property taxes. Note: Property tax calculations based for a new purchase will vary state to state. In California, the property taxes will be based on the new purchase price.

Today the Hyderabad Traffic Police organised the Meeting on Safety of School going children at Ravindra Bharathi as the academic year has started . The Collector and heads of the RTA, RTC , Education, also attended and all gave useful instructions and suggestions to the 750 school managements present and also some school children. I highlighted the need to employ two or more private security guards as Traffic Marshals by the schools to manage traffic outside and inside the school for a length of 200 metres on the left and right . They will be trained by the Traffic police and work under their supervision. I encouraged parents to use car pooling apps to send their children safely rather than stuffing them into autos , CCTV s need to be installed all over the school and outside also , pan shops and other small shops near schools need to be removed as they are peddling narcotics in some places . It was told very clearly that anything happening to any student will be the responsibility of the school management and they will have to face criminal action if they don’t invest in student safety . Requested the traffic police to see if they can revive the school traffic commandos programme which I had organised as traffic Addl-CP 15 years ago.
