Plouffe proposes an idea to decrease ejections in MLB

@trevorplouffe The ejections aren't the issue, all sports have immediate ejections. The issue is there is nothing between no penalty and ejection. Basketball has technical fouls, football and hockey have penalties, soccer has yellow cards, but baseball doesn't have a buffer penalty.

@trevorplouffe I genuinely don’t think that will change a thing. Also, why are we trying to fix a problem that doesn’t really exist? The percentage of players getting ejected from a game has to be less than 5%.

@trevorplouffe Want to go all in like Soccer? 2 yellows and you’re tossed? Accumulation leads to a game suspension? How would that work for a pitcher? I get the thought process but would be tricky to implement in baseball.
