I fully support this policy. It's the new way off the world. We need to look into a hybrid and/or remote setup for employees. There's so many benefits to this system. Depends on the nature of the job, obviously.

I 100% support this. But we also need to put guardrails in places to ensure any such hybrid policy isn't abused. The reality is that there are public servants abusing the current policies regarding attendance and hours of work, which becomes much easier to abuse with hybrid/WFH
