It’s been 25 minutes standing here. It’s 6:05 PM, and the entire Airport Road is blocked because the “Maharaja Aam Aadmi” CM is coming to Mohali or even Kejriwal. Even the man on the bicycle in this video was scolded by the police, if you listen carefully. Shame on those who silently accept this without raising questions. And of course, no media outlet will highlight this or ask him about it. I challenge CM Mann to explain why thousands of ordinary people should be inconvenienced just because his convoy is passing through. Bhagwant Mann Arvind Kejriwal

Given that this has been proven incorrect, I would urge Alex Phillips to issue a retraction and apology on her next Talk show. Talk TV is great, with a wide range of presenters and guests, but stating false stories about political parties as fact is dangerous.

To the degree that we have any information about this woman’s political views, she appears to be a Biden/Harris supporter and pro-choice. After looking through all of her social media accounts, this is the only political post that she has made. And yet Sisson declares, without a shred of evidence, that she is a “Trump supporter.” This is the kind of thing that is inflaming our cultural tensions with deliberate lies. And he does it without a shred of embarrassment or conscience. This is vile, vile behavior that will lead to further Balkanization and violence. It’s not a game. It’s not cute. It’s not a strategy. I have such a huge problem with what is happening here that I don't even know where to begin. This isn't education. Schools may not promote or oppose any political party, and teachers and principals may not influence learners’ political alignment. This is political mobilisation and indoctrination at a very young age. Having them chant a party slogan uses them as political instruments, which is unconstitutional at this age. Ironically, these protections exist because of South Africa’s past, where schools were once used as political tools under apartheid. The post-1994 system deliberately said: “Never again will children be used to push political power.” WTF is this Dep. Basic Education Siviwe Gwarube

Today a group of Muslims prayed next to the Ministry of Defence, facing the Iraq and Afghanistan memorial. As I have said before, choosing to pray in this way in public is a political act. It is a social statement and, yes, it is an act of domination. Anybody who understands Islamism understands that the domination of public spaces is part of the modus operandi. It is done so Islamists can show who is in charge - and to show other Muslims and the wider public that the authorities will bend to their will. There is quite obviously no need to pray here. The decision to do so is symbolic and pointed. It is not welcome. We have freedom of religion in this country, which is why there are mosques. But we are not a Muslim country and this is not welcome. It should be stopped.

The narrative that the Montreal anti Israel protests had an antisemitic effigy of a Jew is faulty. The effigy appeared to be of Ben Gvir, and was paraded along with effigies of Trump and Netanyahu. This is political extremism, but I don't think it can be called antisemitic.
