When the economy is rocking and rolling and productivity is increasing - then sure these are worthy programs. But its not government money he is spending. Its taxpayers money. He is a very poor steward of our money because he simply spends without fiscal results that would support his socialism.

We will tax you so you can't afford to buy food for your kids and then we will raise the taxes so we can buy you food for your kids.
