Yeah and it'll be implemented when, 2030 in an election cycle or two? You still haven't got the $10 a day daycare thing going. I know parents that have been on the wait list for over 2 years while liberal employees of the CBC making over 216k a year bragging on X that they saved $10,000 from accessing $10 a day daycare. Unfortunately for the rest of us though $10 a day daycare is not going to be properly implemented until after the next election in 2026 either. So this national food program, just like $10 a day daycare is nothing but an election carrot to buy votes. Promise everything produce nothing the liberal way. And aren't daycare, and food programs provincial jurisdiction anyway? Perhaps money needs to go to the provinces to support the programs that are already in place? But duplication of service would mean more bureaucrats lining their pockets so I suppose that's more important to this government. And it's only taxpayers money anyway so what the hell? Why don't you just stop texting Canadians to death so that parents can actually afford daycare and food for their kids.

Socialist Marxism at work using the Problem - Reaction - Solution framework, this will end with a Universal Basic Income. Mark these words. They will implement a UBI and digital ID to get the UBI you will need the digital ID, then they will own you. The plantation is all around you.

Yet another program that costs all of us - including the people that it's for. These hand outs don't help anyone. The admin cost is more than if people just paid for it themselves. Lower the taxes and slash the size of government if you want to help.
