Loved the dark aesthetic of this movie mixed with the haunting melody of the ocarina playing Luigua's song. The behind the scenes story of Lugia's inception is almost more captivating than the animated film.

I remember as a Kid thinking “ Bad ass birds.”

Can you believe it? It's a work from 25 years ago.

I didn't see these movies when they first came out, so I started watching them with my brother's kids. Holy crap, they are more intense than I assumed they'd be. Like, you really feel like those kids are going to die several times.
