NEW: Texas Governor Greg Abbott says protesters at University of Texas "belong in jail" adding that "antisemitism will not be tolerated in Texas." State troopers and police officers made over 20 arrests on campus, many charged with trespassing. Students claim that the protests were peaceful until the police arrived. "I didn’t think there would be this much police intervention from what’s supposed to be a peaceful protest. Not very peaceful when there’s a bunch of aggressors around, especially on horses," said one student. Abbott also called for all "antisemitic" students to be expelled from the school. "Students joining in hate-filled, antisemitic protests at any public college or university in Texas should be expelled." Interview: Monica Madden
