He told the police he couldn’t breathe, 9 times” “Instead of being treated like a victim, police arrested him for assault and read him his rights. That was the last thing he heard. After this man spent over $300 at his local store. When he was leaving the store they asked to see his receipt, he declined. So they detained him and called the police. The police came and took his cart away from him and was pushing it back to the store. After they were going to arrest him for not leaving, he finally, finally shows the receipt and they let him take his stuff he bought. Usually if they ask to see it and you refuse, it’s not a huge deal. But in this instance he had many high priced items not in bags, you can see just the boxes in the cart. Maybe put a sign at the door that you will be checked if items over a certain dollar amount isn’t in a bag, would that be reasonable?

Dashcam footage however shows that the young man, 22-year-old Pierce Kempton, actually moved his car to the left to avoid Peacock. The incident happened in Park City, Utah. When the police arrived, Peacock was adamant on having the police cite Kempton but tried backtracking after they told him that *he* would also be getting a citation for disorderly conduct. Brandon Parker says he was with his 3 kids on I-20 when a woman hit his car, then pulled a gun and got in his face as they tried to get her plate. A scuffle broke out and the gun went off. On his way back to the car a Bowie Police Officer pulls up and gets out of the car and proceeds to open fire on the man with his back turned. He was so skiddish, he claimed he saw a gun.
