A mother and her children were woken up and terrorized in their hotel room by a woman who came to the hotel and somehow convinced an employee to give her a room key. This woman was literally going door to door, trying the key on random doors at one point. The incident happened at an Extended Stay Hotel in Buffalo, NY, and has been reported to authorities.
