The government should not have to do this because his employer should do it and they should do it without force but because of their moral values of life. The FCC is the entity you trigger when you say the dirty seven. The FCC's authority was solidified by a 1978 Supreme Court decision (FCC v. Pacifica Foundation), which ruled that the government can regulate indecent language on the public airwaves. So are we saying they are not going to do that anymore? Nip slips at Super Bowl performances not a big deal anymore either?
