My initial thought was that this is sad, making fun of him. But if it’s his brother, and he loves him dearly, then that’s just the kind of things brothers do to each other. And that’s not so bad.

Hilarious. He was doing his best to stay calm, done better than a lot of people would. Down syndrome people just want to be treated the same as everyone else, it's OK to laugh. They laugh too.
