They fried it, sliced it open like a sandwich, and loaded it with tuna, avocado, and cucumber. This is basically sushi meets Subway. The outside is crispy with panko-style breading, while the inside stays fresh and fully loaded with toppings and sauces. I’ve never seen anything quite like it — and now I kind of want one. Would you try a sushi sandwich like this, or does it feel like too much of a twist?
