Posing timelapse using "Push That Pose!" method. I use locators to map out where the main focal points are in the reference. (Like a grid), Then switching between side, front and top to get clear silhouettes. The course link is in the comment section.

Within the next month or so, I'm planning to make the first section of this course: free on YouTube. It'll help with future YouTube tutorials to give some baseline to point people to so I can cover more interesting stuff without rehashing the basics each time. Reason I'm mentioning this is because if anyone is planning to buy the course primarily for the first section (roughly one third of the full course) and you're willing to wait a little, you don't need to buy it. And I don't want people annoyed that they bought it then the main section they were interested in gets released free. My #SundayShare is a defending session borrowing from the whole-part-whole method. Play starts with 3 v 3s. The channels are used as reference points but players can go where they wish. Then move to 1 v 1s in the channels. If attackers get into the box they are 1 v GK. Coaching points (group defending): · Movement: initial press to narrow space in front of attackers. · Scanning: where is the threat? Where are my teammates? · Communication: work as a group. · Positioning: protect the central area; use the channels as reference; keep a tight line. Progression (optional): create attacking overloads. Ended the session with a normal match where teams looked to play a back three and keep a solid defensive line (coaches transformed into eagle-eyed linos). Excellent session with the U11 on Friday looking at Block 3 topic: defending as a unit. #SundayShare The Sporting Resource AscCloud #coaching

This man was in the gym flexing his massive physique during a posing session. He’s shirtless and oiled up, hitting every classic pose from double biceps to side chest and turning to show off his back while other lifters stand around watching and filming. He looks completely confident and ripped the whole time. I give him props for building a body like that, would you ever get on stage and pose in front of a crowd like him?

“My little chicken legs are hanging out the side of the helicopter, and we're going in this way to the side. But mine's holding me, and I'm literally falling out of the side of the helicopter as we come in and we hit, nothing goes boom. Clear out your shorts. Whatever you need to do to get back in the game. The way we hung up on the wall, the helicopter propped up against the wall. That wheel landed on the wall. Had that wheel bend ten inches this way or ten inches that way, a tail section would have broke. I wouldn't be here.”
