Sir. I genuinely admire how you use your platform to educate people about construction. As a builder, I look up to you and appreciate the knowledge you share. I would be glad to have the opportunity to work with you, contribute my skills and learn from your experience, Sir.

I handled a claim where post tensioning was used in the commercial section of a residential condo with retail stores. The idea was to limit columns in the store and to have an open ambiance. The engineering specification called for levelling checks on each floor before forming the overhead slab for each floor, which the contractor did not do, and the project engineers gave stories about not their fault, ultimately resulting in 3-4 inches deflection when the shoring posts were removed. The beauty of builder’s risk insurance is that coverage is available for this type of error, and it covers the project owner and all the contractors, engineers, trades etc. They just have to fight amongst themselves who pays the deductible.
