The Election Management System, or EMS, which is the central software and hardware used to manage, tabulate, and report votes, was breached during the Arizona 2020 election in Maricopa County. The voter registration server and SOS election system was breached with unauthorized access by unknowns and the IRGC. Definite proof was obtained that preservation integrity of the election records was NOT done and was suspect to computer fraud and abuse with evidence of non-citizens voting. Marc Elias is encouraging blue states to pass the following election related laws. 1. Ban third party voter challenges and other forms of “vigilantism”. That includes third party challenges from the Trump DOJ. 2. Revise criminal and civil laws to prohibit voter intimidation. This would also apply to election workers. He does not see the irony in saying that the 1A does not give people the right to intimidate voters or election workers after democrats have been screaming “but the 1A” when they encourage radicalized agitators to interfere in federal law enforcement activities. 3. Revise and strengthen election certification laws including about how ballots are counted. These are the federal laws he is proposing. 1. Prohibit federal law enforcement of the DOJ from operating within 500 feet of any polling place, counting location, or election office. This of course would only apply when Republicans are running the DOJ. 2. Prohibit federal officials from taking any investigative steps involving elections from the period starting 30 days before Election Day until one week after the last member of a new Congress is seated. This is rich after what they did to Trump, including strategically releasing Jack Smith’s bogus report in order to interfere in the 2024 election. 3. A law that requires all grand jury subpoenas, arrests or search warrants that involve elections to be sought by a senate confirmed US attorney for the district where the activity occurs. Mark appears to be concerned for himself. I blame Grassley for the current issues with US attorneys. He needs to be kicked out of office. 4. Getting rid of immunity for election officials. We need to get rid of immunity for any state or federal official (including judges) who unleash criminal illegal aliens into the country.

For purely state or local elections without federal races on the ballot, retention periods can vary by state law—often 6 to 24 months or longer depending on the jurisdiction—but the federal requirement sets the minimum standard when applicable. Destruction is only permitted after this period, and only if no ongoing investigations, audits, or legal challenges require further preservation. If you had millions of fraudulent ballots and wanted to get rid of the evidence, how else would you do it? You're not going to move millions of ballots 2x and then dispose of them. Election officials testify that DOMINION voting machines were sending and receiving signals through wifi and connecting to the internet in an active voting location during the 2020 election. A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter. This is just another variable and method to program the machines to manipulate, read, and rig an election in your favor.

Multiple affidavits expose 7 Democrat counties caught counting illegal mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania. Election officials counted mail-in ballots that had NO postmark, NO address, and NO signature, all of which are required by law for a ballot to be valid, during the 2020 election. They also were opening mail-in ballots days, even weeks, before election day and having Democrat voters fix their ballots, which is completely illegal according to the Supreme Court. They also were opening mail-in ballots days, even weeks, before election day and having Democrat voters fix their ballots, which is completely illegal according to the Supreme Court. Trump's Executive Order on USPS & Mail-In Ballots could finally end rigged elections in California & beyond, regulating mail-in voting at the federal level. The EO puts states on the hook to accompany a list of the eligible voters that are going to vote federally and who they're going to provide mail-in ballots to and also adds a unique intelligent mail barcode for tracking. Trump's March 31, 2026 EO directs the Postmaster General to start proposed rulemaking within 60 days to create uniform national standards for mail-in and absentee ballots. Ballot envelope must be marked "Official Election Mail" with USPS-approved logo/markings. Must be automation-compatible with a unique Intelligent Mail barcode for tracking. Must pass USPS envelope design review for compliance. States must notify USPS at least 90 days before a federal election if they plan to use mail-in/absentee ballots via USPS. States must submit a list of eligible voters at least 60 days before the election. USPS shall not transmit mail-in or absentee ballots to anyone not on a State-specific list. USPS must create and maintain a "Mail-In and Absentee Participation List" for each state. Providing states with lists of enrolled individuals with unique barcode identifiers. All processes must comply with the Privacy Act. Final rule must be issued no later than 120 days from the EO date. This is a HUGE win for election integrity.
