I weigh 215. My Asian wife is 105. She eats 2-3x as me at the seafood buffet. She also looks at me in disgust as I eat Mac and Cheese while she eats some sorta snail.

This is accurate. I have seen Filipina, Korean, Vitenamese, Cambodian, Indonesian,Thai and Japanese women eat their own weight in food multiple times.

I’m an old midwestern farm boy that was used to large farm portions served daily. But I met my match when I came to China and a 98 pound 5-0” tall woman repeatedly out ate me at our office get togethers. I have no idea where all of that food went.

I am still dumbfounded at how many trays of meat my in-laws order whenever we go out for hotpot in Taiwan. I am done after 30 minutes, they are still going strong an hour later.
