I’m one of the many buyers of the WiFI model who was duped by the 6GB of RAM switch-a-roo. What’s the plan to fix this?

Razer just gonna quietly pretend they didn’t falsely advertise 8GB RAM in the WiFi model?

What are you all doing about misleading customers with downgraded hardware in the Wi-Fi models? Pretty snake-like of you guys. Ever since the $5 preorder date nearly 2 months ago the product page advertised 8GB Ram and a G3x across models all the way to shipping date.

There are owners reporting that the Edge is shipping with only 6GB of ram? Issue with reporting software or something else?

The $25 (Razer only) credit for the 2GB RAM mistake is kind of insulting. You could have at least did a Steam or Google Play credit to make it worth the issue. And no video throughput on the controller-USBC? The Edge could have been so much more!

Thank god I got a refund after this debacle of a launch. I feel much better using my refund to purchase a Steam deck, @valvesoftware I'm coming soon 🙏🏽. Never dealing with Razer again. This is the second time I've been burned by them. 1st was Forge Tv.

Razer phone 3 would've been better

I pre-ordered but never got the email to pay the rest of the purchase. Sounds like others have. Can anyone help me figure out why?
