He’s now promoting an option run offense for Kyler Murray. Why didn’t he do that last year. This guy can’t stand JJ McCarthy because he was forced upon him by the old GM who was horrible. OConnell is a fraud.

Enjoy your last season as a HC Kev Turns out you do need to be able to run the football to win against good teams and a HC needs to coach the entire team not just offensive play calling which he isn’t very good at either. What a waste of time 2026 will be.

This isn’t the reality of the situation. He hasn’t won a playoff game. He was obstinate and not willing to adjust to what he had with McCarthy. I hope he’s learned his lessons and adapts. This is his last chance and it should be.
