Practical Self Defense Technique

The mechanics of this move are solid. BUT.. (c’mon, you knew there was a “BUT” coming…) the attacker isn’t reacting at all. Why is he grabbing from behind in the first place? A grab with no end purpose is a hug.🤗😄

Look at where black shirt guy's leg is at the start, it is not available to grab. When he does the technique the leg is conveniently close by.
