i would love to spend time in the train simulator, that's so cool

Clearly they need more training. Idiot just pulled up too far at Farragut west and drove off without opening the doors

Sorry for the inconvenience that this caused to your commute. The operator was interviewed and addressed at the end of the line. -KB

If you guys need an extra source of revenue, build a second one thats open to the public for $50/hour! I know plenty of people that would pay 👀

how'd you guys arrive at 616 hours needed? just curious

CAN I PLEASE PLAY WITH THE SIMULATOR PLEASEEE

And still most of them drive like it’s their first day…

How many hours does it take to train automation software?

Yeah then your bus drivers speed pass pedestrians at stops and have the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I guess they skip their training

Have you thought about putting jump scares in the video simulations?

I always wanted this job

Can I try?

How do I apply?

You can apply by visiting and submitting an application when a Train Operator position is posted. We recommend checking the Careers page every Monday for new job opportunities. -RT

Any chance these will be showcased to the public in-person?

what part of the simulation handles knife wielding drug addicts threatening families on the green line

@wmataGM If only bus drivers got the same level of training. They will consistently on crosswalks and block them endangering pedestrians and others

If this happens again, send us a message with the location, bus number, and time of day, so we can look into it and follow up with the operator. -SM

Would you guys mind having a lottery every year so that one person from the public gets to use The Simulator Thanks 😊

I can build you this for a fraction of you guys paid for it!

Where’s the training where they drink and fall asleep?

That’s awesome but it should be automated

Yeah, they need a lot more training. A LOT more.
