How do you go from freedom in the swing for two practice efforts to….chunking it 40 yards short of the target? Love this game. 🤷‍♂️ 🥵 😂

Leave the driver in the bag. Irons and wedges make up 70%+ of your shots, so use alignment sticks, drill one swing fix, and practice with a target every rep.🏌🏻‍♂️⛳

Here’s my shitty swing 😭 Just a reminder to all of you who are trying to make a change at full speed, chances are you couldn’t exaggerate the movement enough if you tried! I’m literally trying to get my hands above my head… Not even close. My swing goes from flat, to a little less flat, but not upright Also, I don’t put in enough reps to change it. You have a much better chance at changing your swing than I do I coach all day, you lot practice 🙂😂

Aaron Rai averages one range ball every 66 seconds. It's the slowest practice pace on tour. Before each shot: -Quick discussion about something swing or course related -Stands on alignment stick to check his balance -Full routine Here's a timelapse of him 2 golf balls

We were closeup on Matt Olson during this swing ... so **listen** to this towering home run Olson hit off Grant Holmes during live batting practice today. Also listen for someone yelling 'sac fly!' (I think?) from dugout after the oohs and ahs subsided. Great vid Blaine Kummet!

How did Anthony Kim get his game back? True insanity: 10 hours of practice a day for 100 days. 4 hours short game 3 hours putting 3 hours full swing Every single day. His addictive personality allowed him to focus like most humans simply are not capable of.

MONDAY 12:00-3:00p: Team lifting 4:00-6:00p: Team practice. Light day. Some flat grounds. Today was machine receiving w/ variables including “runner” calls. Our catchers are also our last BP group so they can get their work in and still swing it 6:00-8:00p: Study tables

Ben Hogan had a simple recommendation: finish every practice session by hitting 30 balls as hard as you can. There’s a reason. If you want to gain distance, you have to teach your body how to move faster. Once you’ve expanded your top speed, your normal, smooth swing becomes faster too—without feeling like you’re swinging out of your shoes. Don’t be afraid to let it rip in practice. Train for speed, then trust your rhythm on the course. That’s how you build lasting distance. 💥🏌️‍♂️
