PRAYER CAN BE LIKENED TO THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM; IT BREAKS DOWN NUTRIENTS THAT CAN BE ABSORBED INTO YOUR SPIRIT-MAN What the digestive system does to food is what prayer does to the Word. When you eat, that can be likened to the ministry of the Word. The value of... the food you eat depends on the health of your digestive system. Do not stop at reading your Bible alone, you must pray. Prayer engages that Word that is within your spirit, and breaks it so that the nutrients are absorbed into your spirit-man. There is such a thing as constipation and a faulty digestive system, and it can kill. When you wake up in the morning, driving to work, or going about your day, you must pray and make faith based declarations of the Word. Declare that it's the day the Lord has made, not the Lord and Satan, and because Satan did not make your day, you don't expect his contribution in your day. When you hear that there is an attack, there are many other things you can do, but your first response must be prayer. Husbands and wives, don't just discuss issues, you must learn to hold hands and pray. Make declarations over your children. You must pray and pray again, and pray some more until it becomes a habit.
