"X is a shit show" "X is for Nazis" "X is all about Elon Musk" "X is too noisy" "X's algorithm sucks" How many of you have heard stuff like that? I do, especially when I go to other social media sites, like Threads, which just passed X in total users. I find attitudes like that uninformed, but what stopped an uninformed person from writing something on the Internet? Nothing. But since I jumped over to Threads today and got another eye full of that kind of stuff. So I mostly wanted to say thank you to the community of tens of thousands of people in tech that I follow, and show you what my screens look like today. If you turn on audio on the video here, you'll hear me talk through each of my lists. I use X Pro and lists. And by using them I find even my For You feed gets better. Much better, in fact. Why? Because if you engage on the REAL X, which you can only see on X Pro with lists, the algorithm figures out the kinds of things that catch your eye and looks for more. Also, by following lists you give the algorithm VERY IMPORTANT signal and a lot more things to choose from. Even if you just follow my feeds and never use them, your For You feed will get better BECAUSE you gave the algorithm more signal about what you want to see. If I see a brilliant person, or a new company, I put them on my lists. If I see someone go political all the time I remove them from my lists, or, maybe put them on my news lists if they are posting an interesting point of view that I would want to watch over time. These are the most complete lists in tech industry here on X, by far. I read through a LOT of lists: https:// ts And here is how I have my lists laid out in X Pro. If you are in the AI industry and you aren't following all my AI lists you are hurting yourself and ignoring many thousands of hours of work I've put into them over 18 years of being here on this service. I can only do this on X. The companies, for instance, aren't on the other services, and the AI research and development community here is stronger and more educational than they are on other services. And, because of Grok integration here, X is a far better learning platform. If I see a scientist sharing something I don't understand I click the Grok button and it teaches me a lot more. Thank you. And, yes, there are many other "X's" that I don't see. Sports, being one. I focus only on tech and educated people and my lists show that X is the best place for science, technology, and nerdy news. One last thing: the algorithm will, in about a month, radically change to be totally AI driven. When that happens X will radically change and lists will become even more important as a source of signal. If you want a better X, here's the key. Love!

Eating More Eggs Reduces Alzheimer's Disease Risk By 50%. Eggs Are The Leading Source Of Dietary Choline, The Required Amino Acid That Makes The Neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, Responsible For Memory & Mood. Choline Must Come From Our Diet & 90% Of The Population Is Deficient. Eating 2 or more eggs per week is associated with a 49% reduction in Alzheimer's disease risk over a nearly 7-year follow-up period. These effects are due to choline—an essential nutrient that serves as a precursor for methylation, affecting epigenetics globally & plays a role in the production of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Choline is also converted into phosphatidylcholine, a crucial component of cell membranes that regulates intracellular transportation. Choline is literally the building block of our brain & cells. 40% of the beneficial effects of eggs on Alzheimer's disease risk reduction are directly mediated by choline intake, highlighting the critical importance of this nutrient for brain health & reducing neurodegenerative disease burden. Not only are eggs rich in choline, but they're packed with omega-3 fatty acids & lutein and zeaxanthin, which have well-known benefits for the brain. The bare minimum adequate daily intake of Choline is set at 550 mg to prevent overt deficiency, yet 90% of the population consumes less than 260 mg per day. The amount of Choline recommended for optimal & thriving health is 1,000 mg in the daily diet. Choline Deficiency Symptoms: low energy levels of fatigue memory loss cognitive decline dementia alzheimer's disease learning disabilities muscle aches nerve damage mood changes or disorders NAFLD fatty liver disease Choline Content In Eggs & Other Animal Sourced Foods: 3 large eggs provides 450 mg of choline 3 oz beef liver provides 300 mg of choline 3 oz wild caught salmon has 185 mg of choline 3 oz beef provides 115 mg of choline 3 oz poultry provides 70 mg of choline 3 oz pork bacon has 50 mg of choline 👇Egg Intake Decreases Alzheimer's Risk👇 👇Egg Consumption & Cognitive Function👇 👇Egg Consumption & Innate Immunity👇 Speakers: Max Lugavere & Dr Jordan B Peterson Video: Sebastian Johansson

This is how they make a 535-pound bluefin tuna that sells for $3.24 million. Each fish eats 10 kg of fresh sardines per day for roughly two years to get there. Bluefin biology dictates the ratio. A bluefin runs its red swimming muscle, brain, and viscera 10 to 21°C above the surrounding water using a countercurrent heat exchanger called the rete mirabile, which traps metabolic heat that would otherwise vent through the gills. The heat is what lets the fish cruise at 7 mph and burst at 40. It is also a furnace that needs feeding. The mechanical constraint is the second half. Bluefin have undersized swim bladders, so their bodies are denser than seawater. They sink unless they swim. They are also obligate ram ventilators, meaning they cannot pump water across their gills the way most fish do. They keep moving forward with their mouth open or they suffocate. A 1-meter tuna swims roughly 43 km a day just to breathe and stay neutrally buoyant. A 200 kg market-size fish does far more. Now the feed math. Measured feed conversion ratio for ranched bluefin runs 20 to 30 to 1. To put 1 kg of meat on the fish, the farmer pours in 20 to 30 kg of sardine, herring, mackerel, or anchovy. A 200 kg tuna eats roughly its own body weight in baitfish every 20 days. Across a two-year fattening cycle, one fish runs through several thousand kilograms of wild-caught forage species. The $3.24 million number was the Oma bluefin that cleared Toyosu's January 2026 New Year auction. Ordinary wholesale runs closer to $30,000 per high-grade fish. A 28:1 conversion ratio is the entire reason bluefin exists as a luxury market. Compare to species that domesticated cleanly. Salmon FCR sits around 1.2:1. Chicken sits around 1.7. Each is a herbivore-leaning omnivore that converts plant protein into muscle at near parity. Bluefin will not eat pellets in any commercial volume. Their gut, search pattern, and muscle physiology are built for live oily fish at high speed. Ichthus Unlimited has spent two decades formulating a soy-based diet that brings the ratio to 4:1 in laboratory conditions. Commercial uptake stays negligible. The other route out is closed-cycle hatchery production. Kindai University in Japan completed the full life cycle in 2002. Twenty-four years later, fewer than 5% of farmed bluefin come from hatchery eggs. The rest are wild juveniles caught in the Mediterranean or off Mexico, towed back to pens at walking pace, and fed wild baitfish for one to three years. Evolution built one species that runs hot, swims forever, and refuses to eat anything that is not already swimming. The 28:1 ratio is what it costs to keep that animal alive in a net pen. The seagulls in the video figured out the trade before the economists did.

Pidcock waited for Tadej in the seconds before he was caught, but did not “wait” for more than 3 kilometers after the crash. Much of the media coverage is so matter of a fact about this comeback of Tadej. Sure here are lots of images of his wounds and there is a lot written on him overcoming the crash. But the effort Tadej did after the crash is quite spectacular to say the least. It is far from what has been said or written which in summary is “Tadej crashed, Pidcock waited, they worked together, Tadej dropped him and won.” Which has led to the “why did Pidcock wait?” discussion. I found this video below that shows the significance of the gap Tadej had to close before his bike change. Then I went back in and looked at the video as I wanted to get more detail. When I watched it live it sure didn’t seem like he waited, but he said he did after and the media said he did so… From what I found, Tadej’s crash cost him about 30 seconds from when he stopped sliding to when he got going again. With Pidcock blasting the turn and not hesitating I think this cost Tadej about 40 seconds. Then the bike change cost him another 10, so all in all he had to make up 50 seconds in his chase. Now let’s look at Pidcock. At the time of the crash he had 1:24 on the chasers. From the time Tadej crashed to when he was caught, Pidcock increased his gap to the chasing group (behind Tadej and Swift) to 1:30 in 3 kilometers. Now that doesn’t sound like much, but he went from holding this gap with Tadej sharing the pace, to now solo and gaining ground. When reviewing the footage I also noticed they went over a climb in dirt sector 11. Both were visibly riding hard despite appearing to go extremely hard, Tadej only closes 11 seconds. So clearly Pidcock was not “waiting” here either. The “waiting” finally occurs as Tadej gets him in sight and the gap is 10 seconds now. Now why is this worth looking at? Well in my opinion the effort Tadej had to close the gap was a race winning effort. Something like 470w for 6 mins AND THEN had to redo the effort again to win the race in addition to 44 more kilometers while bruised and battered. Did Pidcock do the right thing keeping the pressure on after the crash? Absolutely as he didn’t know if Tadej was injured or out and he was in the lead. Was it tactically a good call too if Tadej was ok? Yes, it forced Tadej to use precious glycogen resources to catch back. Overall I just saw this video and wanted to dive more into the chase. There definitely was a lot there and sheds light on how strong Tadej is riding right now.

👀 Akademiks Speaks Before Florida Show… And Drops Some Wild Claims Before catching his flight, DJ Akademiks went live and briefly touched on the recent Jay-Z interview but what really stood out was what he claimed happened behind the scenes with Roc Nation… 🚨 Main Claim: Roc Nation vs Akademiks Ak says Roc Nation tried to get his Instagram page taken down over copyright strikes… BUT HERE’S THE TWIST 👇 •He claims they flagged content… •That THEY allegedly paid him to post in the first place 🤯 •According to him, it involved a rollout clip tied to Pusha T and a leaked verse from Kendrick Lamar 👉 His argument: labels move messy internally one department pays for promo, another files takedowns. 🧠 Ak’s Industry Theory Ak doubled down on a bigger point about labels: •Labels are too big and unorganized •Different departments don’t communicate •Money gets thrown around with no coordination •Artists + media get caught in the middle 💬 “Marketing team doesn’t know what the next department is doing… it’s just money being burned.” 🎤 On Jay-Z + Media Energy Ak also hinted at media bias when it comes to Jay-Z: •Says many media personalities stay quiet or positive •Suggests it’s tied to access (tickets, events, industry ties) •Mentioned hype around possible shows (like stadium concerts) 👀 “I Called This” Moment Ak made it clear he feels ahead of the curve: •Claims he predicted how things would play out •Says he’s one of the only media voices calling out these moves in real time 🤔 Bigger Conversation This raises a few questions: •Are labels really that disorganized behind the scenes? •Was this a mistake… or something more strategic? •And how much influence does Roc Nation actually have over media narratives? What y’all think accident, internal confusion, or calculated move? 👇

I talked with a man from India in downtown Red Deer about student visas, immigration fraud, refugee claims, and whether Canada should actually enforce its own rules. I started with softball questions. He told me he came here as a student, studied chemical engineering, and is now working in healthcare because that may be a better pathway to permanent residency. Then I asked him about something many Canadians have heard about: students coming here, not finishing school, working instead, and then claiming refugee status when their student visa is running out. At first, he admitted he had heard of cases like that too. Then, when I asked about agencies allegedly helping students qualify financially, students borrowing money to show proof of funds, paying it back after arriving, working jobs, skipping school, and later claiming asylum, he suddenly became more defensive. Maybe he was being careful. Maybe he was caught off guard. But the conversation felt evasive. This is not some wild conspiracy theory. Canada’s own Auditor General reported that in 2023 and 2024, IRCC identified more than 153,000 students as potentially non-compliant with study permit conditions, but only had funding to investigate about 2,000 cases per year. IRCC launched 4,057 investigations, and about 40% of those cases were not closed because students did not respond to requests for information. The federal government has also acknowledged reports of international students and graduates facing removal because of fraud, including fraudulent admission documents, while some students claimed they did not know the documents were fake. And this problem has already hit the news. There were reports of hundreds of Indian students caught up in a fake Canadian college admission letter scandal, with a joint IRCC-CBSA task force reviewing cases. When I asked the man from India what should happen if fraud is happening, he said the government should have strict rules and enforce them. I agree. If you come to Canada honestly, follow the rules, study, work, integrate, and contribute, I respect that. But if people are cheating the student visa system, abusing refugee claims, lying on applications, or using loopholes to stay here after their status expires, Canadians have every right to ask questions. And Albertans have every right to ask why Ottawa controls the system while our communities deal with the consequences. This is another reason I support Alberta independence. Alberta should have control over immigration, enforcement, labor needs, and who gets invited into our society. Full video: An Immigrant Told Me What Canadians Are Afraid to Say

Engineer builds AR ad blocker for real life using Snap Spectacles and Gemini AI | Aamir Khollam, Interesting Engineering A prototype AR app detects ads in your surroundings and blocks them live through Snap Spectacles using Google’s Gemini AI. You can pay for YouTube Premium to avoid watching ads during your sacred food-with-YouTube ritual, or pay for Spotify to not pester you with ads while you try to get a morning workout in, but what can you do about real-life advertisements? A Belgian software developer may have found a workaround. Stijn Spanhove has created an experimental augmented reality app that detects and digitally covers physical ads like billboards and soda cans in the real world. Built for Snap’s fifth-generation AR glasses (Snap Spectacles), the prototype uses Google’s Gemini AI to identify branded content and instantly mask it. Instead of the original imagery, the app places a bright red square over the detected ad. These red blocks also name the hidden brand, like “Bol. billboard,” turning ad removal into a kind of real-time brand callout. “It’s exciting to imagine a future where you control the physical content you see,” Spanhove posted on X (formerly Twitter). In follow-up replies, he hinted at additional features, including options to replace the red square with personal photos or text from a notes app. Check it out below – Combines Snap and Google tools The app relies on Snap’s Depth Cache API to register objects in 3D space and maintain spatial consistency as the user moves. Gemini, Google’s generative AI model, identifies the ads themselves, whether on large posters, newspaper pages, or food packaging. This allows the blocker to function beyond obvious signage. In demo clips shared by Spanhove, it successfully covers ads on cereal boxes, magazines, and public signage, though not without a delay of a second or two. The red overlays appear to float stably, following head movements and perspective shifts with accuracy. Still, it’s early days. Spanhove describes the software as “experimental,” and the user experience reflects that. Because Snap Spectacles use transparent displays, the overlays can’t fully block light, so the original ad sometimes faintly shows through. Also, the Spectacles’ narrow 46-degree field of view limits coverage to only what’s directly ahead. Design stirs debate The app has sparked strong reactions online. Many praised the concept of user-controlled visual space, while others criticized the bold red boxes as more jarring than the ads themselves. One suggestion, from user Hexographer ⬣Backup account⬣, proposed replacing the red blocks with more visually pleasing alternatives, such as “images of local foliage or animal life.” They also suggested that users could set a custom folder of replacement visuals, including personal or family photos. Others asked for cross-platform support, but the app currently only works with Snap Spectacles. Devices like the Apple Vision Pro or Meta Quest will need separate development efforts. Despite its limitations, the project arrives at a moment when major tech firms like Meta and Microsoft have scaled back their AR ambitions. Snap, meanwhile, continues renting its Spectacles to developers at $99 per month, making experiments like Spanhove’s possible. Read more:

"An Egg Is Literally A Cognitive Multivitamin...It's Postmarked By Nature." "A Study Just Published Found That Eating More Eggs Prevents Alzheimer's Disease Risk By 50%." Max Lugavere "Eggs Yolks Are The Top Source Of Essential Choline, But 90% Of Today's Adults Are Deficient." Eggs are one of the most concentrated sources of choline, an essential nutrient important for brain development, memory & liver health. Almost all of the choline in an egg is found in the yolk. Eggs are the leading source of dietary choline, the required amino acid that makes the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, responsible for memory & learning. Choline must come from our diet, our bodies cannot manufacture it, it is an essential nutrient. The choline in eggs is bound to a type of fat called phospholipids, which allows it to be fully absorbed by the body in contrast to the low to no bioavailability found in supplements. In the research study results, eating at least 1 to 2 eggs per week was shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer's Disease by 49%, over a 7-year period. 40% of the beneficial effects of eggs on Alzheimer's Disease risk reduction are directly mediated by choline intake, highlighting the critical importance of this nutrient for brain health & reducing neurodegenerative disease. Eggs are also abundant in omega-3 fatty acids & lutein & zeaxanthin, which are well-known to be beneficial for optimal brain health. (when pasture raised & not fed high omega-6 feed) The daily minimum adequate intake of Choline is 550 mg to prevent overt deficiency, yet 90% of the population consumes less than 260 mg each day. Everyday, people are consuming less than 50% of the bare minimum required for brain function. The optimal amount of Choline recommended for thriving health is 1,000 mg daily. Choline Deficiency Symptoms To Watch For: mood changes mood disorders fatty liver disease NAFLD low energy fatigue memory loss cognitive decline dementia alzheimer's disease learning disabilities muscle aches nerve damage Choline Content In Eggs & Various Animal Sourced Foods: 3 large eggs provides 450 mg of choline 3 oz beef liver provides 300 mg of choline 6 oz wild caught salmon has 370 mg of choline 6 oz beef provides 230 mg of choline 6 oz poultry provides 140 mg of choline 3 oz pork bacon has 50 mg of choline Egg Health Depends On The Life Of The Chicken: The most nutritious eggs will come from the healthiest chickens. And those chickens live a pastured life, feasting on bugs & worms, as chickens are not vegetarians. Eggs in the store touting 'fed a vegetarian diet of soy & corn' are eggs, if your budget & geographical living allows...to stay away from. If you can, find a local farmer or find a farmer's market in your area selling pastured eggs from healthy happy chickens. Those eggs will have higher nutrition markers across all levels of every vitamin, mineral & even levels of omega-3 fat & antioxidants. But, if that is just not possible...just buy the eggs available to you. Eat eggs everyday if you can. I didn't eat a single egg for 35yrs, then it took 6yrs to heal 'leaky gut' & egg intolerance, I am now the 'poster child' for consuming eggs! BTC is showing the textbook signs of a pivot high. RSI confirmed overbought and reversed in a single day - the last time we saw a one-and-done RSI move like this was back in January before a meaningful pullback. OBV's moving average is still pointing up, which keeps the door open for one more push to around $77K, but the bear flag has been fulfilled. Higher lows and higher highs are done. We can go home. If BTC does put in a higher high from here, I'd expect to see a lower high on RSI - that would just reinforce the setup. Support sits around $65K-$67K, and based on the pace of the last drawdown, something like that by end of weekend isn't unreasonable. Ethereum held up stronger than BTC this week, with RSI staying overbought across three days - Sunday at 73, Monday at 84, Tuesday at 76. ETHBTC is right at resistance. The multiple factor effect means whatever BTC does, ETH does 1.5x to 2x. Ethereum could still push higher, but we're deep into risky territory. Stablecoin dominance flipped green after eight consecutive red days. RSI confirmed oversold on Monday. The trend is starting to shift, and when this chart pumps it typically corresponds to selling pressure across crypto. DXY closed below support from Friday's push after going overbought on the 13th. RSI cracked below 61.78. A pullback to 98.708 is on the table, which should bring some relief to the euro and yen. The yen is still dangerously overbought - second TBT bearish divergence now printing on the weekly. If it keeps pushing up, the Bank of Japan's hand gets forced. We all know what happened last time that went too far. VIX is still inside the rejection zone it's been in since March 2023. Fear hasn't left the building. S&P futures have a TBO close long on the weekly - same pattern that printed before a 16% drop. NVIDIA's daily cloud is now compressed to under 1%. When the cloud gets that tight, explosive moves follow - not necessarily up. On the picks side: XRP had a real volume spike and an 8.8% move after 4H TBO breakouts, but I'm not convinced the momentum holds. Solana's OBV moving average is genuinely bullish - one more leg is possible. Tron is the biggest surprise - perfect three-in-a-row TBO breakout cluster and a 4% move, which for Tron is wild. HYPE printed a second TBO breakout with RSI at 82.34 - the level to beat is 83.86. Kaspa RSI hit 91.5 after a 9% move - that's danger territory. TAO has been overbought on the daily RSI since March 11th - day eight. OBV is genuinely bullish but the warning signs are piling up. Walrus protocol jumped 24% out of nowhere - probably news related and likely AI adjacent. Pippin is down 31% on Tuesday's close. Pi Network is now down 39% from its high after a textbook RSI divergence setup played out exactly as expected. Bitcoin Cash printed a TBT bearish divergence. Render, Morpho, Fetch AI, Syrup all showing exhaustion signals on the 4H.

Denver is totally lost to liberalism and it needs to be exposed. I had no idea it had gone to Hell so badly since the last time I was there, or else I would have had my camera ready from the get-go. Within one hour of being downtown, I watched two men shoot up drugs together on the sidewalk while two more men were totally unconscious on either side of them--laying in literal trash. A woman approached them and asked for a hit, and they told her to go down to the local center -- which is funded by the taxpayers and which gives narcotics (meth, crack, etc.) away for free--along with paraphernalia and instructions on how to use it to get high. I saw a man shitting in a garbage can. I saw a hobo walking around Broadway with a machete (but I couldn't bring my gun within city limits). I saw countless homeless people passed out in the grass, on sidewalks, and even one in the street. I was so shocked and disgusted by it all that we decided to leave Denver early. We felt literally dirty being there because of how infested the city is with debauchery, garbage, drugs, used needles on the ground, crime, etc. I've been to so many cities in my life and I've NEVER seen a city fall so far from grace as Denver, Colorado. It was heartbreaking, as this city used to be beautiful. But liberals, as usual, have infected something beautiful and destroyed it like a cancer. Oh, and LGBTQ festivals brought out the rainbow flags and half-naked dudes EVERYWHERE. We had planned to spend a few thousand dollars shopping for our kids, but we were told not to go to the mall because earlier that week, 300 teenagers had invaded the mall and started tons of fights and made the area unsafe. The police knew about it, but didn't stop it because they don't have enough cops to handle all the crime that the mayor Mike Johnston has allowed to fester in the city. Two days after we arrived, we found out the Denver Zoo had to close early because the teens had plans to take over the zoo, also. And again, the cops didn't have enough manpower to stop it. That week also in Denver, the mayor chose to have the cameras with license plate readers turned OFF -- to protect illegals from being caught. One of my followers told me that his brother's van was stolen out of his own driveway...and not found for five days. By then, it had shell casings all over the floorboards, drugs and paraphernalia, and was a total loss. But the mayor Johnston and Governor Jared Polis Jared Polis have decided tbat protecting illegals, drug addicts, and criminals is more important than providing a safe place to live for their people. We left early, and we will never return as long as Colorado is overrun with liberal cancer. I want to give a super special thanks to Do Better Denver for providing such substantial and exposing video of what's going on in Denver and letting me use some of her clips! Please give her a follow and show your support for someone trying to make a difference by exposing the truth!

"I believe [that] lethal action has been taken against people that tried to get the truth out, or maybe were just considered wild cards, not able to be officially controlled, no longer useful. I think once you taste the darkness, you like using it." "I'd like to spend that time with my wife, my family, not in a cell or in the ground. But this is bigger than me, it's bigger than us. This is the fate of our people. And to me, I'm willing to pay that price." "I'd like to say, directly, to the members of our military and our intelligence community: the time is now where you must choose whether you honor your oath or you orders. And if you have courage, you already know the answer. But for the rest of you? Lead, follow or get out of the way. Get out of the way." "There's more than me. More will come. I could say more, if I wanted to." ~~~ (And more DID come. Here are some quotes from the Dylan Borland clip. Both interviews were on "Weaponized" with George Knapp and Jeremy Kenyon Lockyer Corbell.) Borland: "We went into [the VA] psychological eval from the suicide we both witnessed together. They accused me of faking a police report. Wrote in my official medical records - which have hindered me 'til this day, it's still ongoing - that I am a liar, I am prone to delusions, I make everything up. That was the first thing the VA did to me." "I was put into a hypnosis biofeedback program. I'm hooked up to this polygraph machine and I have to count backwards from 100, by 7, while they're flashing images. And if I got the number wrong, like 100, 93, 86, and I said 77, they'd start screaming at me, honking an air horn, and I'd have to restart." "I had to pull my 401(k) because I didn't have a clearance, I couldn't get a job. I almost lost my house. I had to fight BAE and the agencies I worked for, for unemployment which was $270 a week in Northern Virginia. Which, if you know anything about Northern Virginia, it's the richest part of America. It is not feasible to even get groceries off of that. Basically, I lost everything but my house." "The VA is denying I did the jobs I did, denying I have the issues I have. I began to, honestly, consider and look at non-violent offenses in order to have three hots (meals) and a cot (in jail), because I was very quickly approaching a point in time where I would probably be a disabled homeless vet." "There was a doctor who filed a complaint...on my behalf because they were, in his opinion, trying to get me to kill myself. They put me on a prescription medication for PTSD and depression. I woke up in the middle of the night and the physical response in my brain was, commit suicide. The VA psychologist was a CIA employee of all things, or was, said, 'Oh, this is common, you need to increase your dose.'" The psychiatrist who filed the complaint on his behalf said, "Dylan, you need to do everything in your power to live through this. What they are doing to you is wrong. Do not trust any of these doctors. And he resigned." Corbell: "In protest, he resigned because of what they were doing to Dylan."

On March 18, 1991 —exactly 35 years ago today—the rubber-suited, body-horror sci-fi chaos of The Guyver exploded onto limited screens! 💥🧛‍♂️🍕 Yo, Crypt Squad & Pizza Power Kids! It's your favorite eternal pizza-slingin' NES overlord, Cap'n Retrovania, clawin' outta the neon-drenched crypt to celebrate this gnarly '90s cult classic with extra cheese and toxic vibes! Directed by creature-FX madmen Screaming Mad George (the gooey genius behind Society's infamous shunting scene) and Steve Wang (master of creature effects) produced by Brian Yuzna (king of Re-Animator, From Beyond, and all things gloriously grotesque), it's a wild live-action take on Yoshiki Takaya's Bio-Booster Armor Guyver manga/anime. Picture this latchkey nightmare Average college dude Sean Barker (Jack Armstrong) finds a mysterious alien Guyver Unit that bonds to him like a sentient pizza box from hell, transforming him into a bio-armored cyborg beast with retractable mega-swords, gravity crushers, high-frequency vibes, and that iconic helmet scream. He gets hunted by the evil Chronos Corporation (aka Kronos), run by slimy exec Fulton Balcus (David Gale) and mutant goon squad led by Lisker (Michael Berryman —fresh off The Hills Have Eyes terror). They unleash waves of grotesque Zoanoid shapeshifters in practical-suit glory—think full-on tokusatsu monster mayhem with martial arts brawls, apartment demolitions, and over-the-top body explosions. Bonus rad cameos? Mark Hamill as rogue CIA agent Max Reed (Luke Skywalker goin' full B-movie!), Vivian Wu as Sean's girl Mizky, Jeffrey Combs in support, scream queen Linnea Quigley, Jimmie 'JJ' Walker, and more '80s/'90s cult icons. Pure early-'90s cheese: practical effects dripping slime, karate kicks, and that perfect blend of manga weirdness meets American direct-to-video energy. Most of us discovered it on VHS around '92—right in the sweet spot of Ninja Turtles reruns, Power Rangers precursors, and late-night USA Up All Night binges. Critics were meh back then, but it's built a die-hard cult following for the sheer absurdity, those gooey Zoanoid designs, and the unapologetic fun. Recent Blu-ray/4K releases make those creature suits pop like never before—def worth a rewatch! Who's fired up for Guyver Day? Drop your fave scene below (that insane apartment Zoanoid fight? The final boss showdown? Hamill's one-liners?), tell me if you vibe more with the original or the 1994 sequel Guyver: Dark Hero (which cranks the action even higher), and let's flood the crypt with retro sci-fi love! Happy Guyver Day, retro warriors—may your pizza stay hot and your Zoanoids stay slimy! 🍕💀📼 #TheGuyver #GuyverDay #RetroSciFi #CultClassics #BioBoosterArmor #SteveWang #ScreamingMadGeorge #BrianYuzna #Tokusatsu #90sHorror #PizzaPower #RetrovaniaLand #80sKidsRule #90sNostalgia

Made $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 Days Using a Claude AI Bot on Polymarket. 26,738 trades. 98% win rate. Full blockchain proof. Every single trade verifiable on-chain. I've made the exact step-by-step guide to build this Claude Polymarket bot from scratch. You've been trading for 3 years. Still red. He gave Claude $313. Woke up rich. Free for 24 hours. To get this Setup guide: 1. Comment "Money" 2. Like and Retweet 3. Follow me Himanshu Kumar (so i can DM you) Full 2-hour video tutorial attached. Every single click and command explained. Beginner to running bot. Now let me break down exactly how this works. Save this post. This is the most important trading breakdown you'll ever read. ↓ Let's start with the number that should make you sick. $313. That's what this wallet started with. Not $50,000. Not $10,000. Not even $1,000. $313. Less than your monthly Netflix + Uber Eats + Spotify combined. 4 months later: $2,382,780.80. That's a 7,942x return. While you spent those same 4 months staring at charts, drawing trendlines, panic selling, revenge trading, and ending the month exactly where you started. Minus the $200 you lost on that "sure thing." Same 4 months. Same market. Same opportunities. He had a bot. You had feelings. Guess who won. Save this post right now. What I'm about to explain is the exact mechanism behind every dollar of that $2.38M. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you don't miss the rest. ↓ How Polymarket actually works and why bots print money on it. Polymarket is a prediction market. Will BTC be higher in 15 minutes? Yes or No. Will the Fed raise rates? Yes or No. You buy shares between $0 and $1. If you're right, your share settles at $1. If you're wrong, it settles at $0. Simple. Now here's where it gets interesting. Polymarket updates its prices SLOWER than the real market moves. When BTC drops 0.6% on Binance, Polymarket still shows old odds for about 2.7 seconds. 2.7 seconds. In those 2.7 seconds, the bot already knows the outcome. It's not predicting. It's not guessing. It's reading information that already exists and trading before Polymarket catches up. That's not trading. That's collecting free money with a 2.7 second head start. And you're over there using a 15-indicator TradingView setup trying to "predict" where BTC goes next. The bot doesn't predict anything. It just reads faster than you. That's the entire edge. Save this post because if you understand this one concept you understand how millionaires are being made on Polymarket right now. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more breakdowns like this. ↓ Let me walk you through one single trade. A new 15-minute BTC contract opens on Polymarket. Odds are 50/50. Fair price. 10 minutes in, BTC drops 0.6% on Binance. Hard, fast move. The real probability of BTC being lower at expiry is now about 78%. Polymarket still shows 54/46. The bot sees this instantly. Binance WebSocket feed. Under 50ms latency. The edge is 24 percentage points. On a binary contract, that's basically free money. Bot calculates position size using Kelly Criterion. Executes via Polymarket's API. Done. Within 2-3 seconds, other participants update the odds. 54/46 moves toward 78/22. Bot either exits for immediate profit or holds to resolution. Either way, the trade was entered with near-certainty of a positive outcome. Now repeat this 200-500 times per day. $313 → $2,382,780 in 4 months. Not magic. Not prediction. Not luck. Industrial-scale exploitation of a market inefficiency that still exists today. And you're still placing one manual trade per day and calling yourself a "trader." This is the mechanism behind every single dollar. Bookmark this post so you can study it again. Follow Himanshu Kumar because I'm breaking down each strategy separately. ↓ There are 4 strategies. Not all Claude bots do the same thing. Strategy 1: Latency Arbitrage. Win rate: 85-98%. What 0x8dxd used. Monitor Binance price feeds. When Polymarket odds lag behind reality by 3-5%, buy the correct side before the market corrects. No forecasting. No model. No sentiment analysis. Pure speed. You're not guessing. You're reading an outcome that has already happened. Strategy 2: Oracle Arbitrage. Win rate: 78-85%. Chainlink oracle price feeds occasionally diverge from Polymarket's implied prices. When they do, the settlement direction is known. Fewer opportunities. Higher certainty when they appear. Strategy 3: News-Driven Trading. Win rate: 60-75%. Claude ingests real-time news. Government filings. Central bank statements. On-chain data. Assesses probability impact before retail traders even finish reading the headline. Lower win rate because interpretation introduces uncertainty. But works on ANY market category, not just crypto. Strategy 4: Market Making. Return: 2-5% per month. Place buy and sell orders on both sides. Capture the spread. No prediction required. Most consistent. Hardest to blow up. Compounds aggressively over time. You didn't even know there were 4 strategies. You thought "trading bot" meant one thing. That's how far behind you are. 4 strategies. 4 different risk profiles. 4 ways to make money while you sleep. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the deep dive into each one. ↓ The timeline that should haunt you. December 2025: Bot launches with $313. Nobody notices. January 6, 2026: Wallet hits ~$438,000. 140x in 30 days. 6,615 predictions. 98% win rate. Finbold reports it. Crypto Twitter explodes. March 10, 2026: Head-to-head test. Claude bot: $1,000 → $14,216 in 48 hours. +1,322%. OpenClaw bot: fully liquidated. Same market. Same timeframe. Claude won because of better risk management. OpenClaw died because it overleveraged. March 16, 2026: Someone trains a swarm model on 3 years of NBA data. Result: +$1.49M on Polymarket. April 2026: 0x8dxd final verified balance: $2,382,780.80. 26,738 trades. 4 months. This all happened while you were "waiting for the right time to start." The right time was December 2025. The second best time is right now. But you'll probably wait until it's too late. That's what you always do. Every date on this timeline is a day you could have started but didn't. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar so you at least start today. ↓ Why Claude and not ChatGPT? This isn't opinion. It's data. March 2026 head-to-head: Claude bot: +1,322%. OpenClaw (GPT-based): liquidated. Same prompt. Same market. Same conditions. Researchers found Claude's code included: > More defensive edge cases > More conservative default parameters > Better error handling > More legible code for debugging > Proper Kelly Criterion position sizing > Hard drawdown kill switches ChatGPT's code overleveraged into a losing sequence and couldn't recover. Claude's code sized positions conservatively, stopped trading when drawdown thresholds hit, and survived to compound another day. The difference between +1,322% and liquidation wasn't the strategy. It was the risk management. And Claude writes better risk management than ChatGPT. That's not a debate. That's a $15,216 difference in 48 hours. But sure, keep using ChatGPT because "everyone uses it." Everyone's broke too. Coincidence? Stop using the popular tool. Start using the profitable one. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for more Claude vs ChatGPT comparisons with real data. ↓ Why humans lose to bots. Every single time. Same strategy. Same market. Same period. Bots: ~$206,000 profit. Humans: ~$100,000 profit. 2x gap. Same strategy. Here's why: 1. Late entries. By the time you identify the lag, verify your reasoning, and click buy, the 2.7 second window is gone. The bot executes in under 100ms. You execute in 30 seconds. The opportunity doesn't exist for 30 seconds. 2. Emotional sizing. You oversize when "confident." Undersize when scared. Exact opposite of Kelly math. The bot sizes based on edge. Every time. No feelings. 3. Fatigue. You make worse decisions at hour 6 than at hour 1. The bot makes the same decision at hour 72 that it made at hour 1. 4. Drawdown psychology. After 3 losses you either panic quit or double down trying to recover. Both destroy capital. The bot has a kill switch. It stops. It doesn't feel anything. You're not competing with other humans anymore. You're competing with machines that don't sleep, don't feel, don't flinch. And you're losing. The data doesn't lie. Humans lose to bots 2x on the same strategy. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete bot setup that removes you from the equation. ↓ What can go wrong. Because I'm not going to lie to you. Most people who build this bot will NOT 7,942x their money. Some will lose their initial capital. Here's what can kill you: Edge compression. The arbitrage window was 12 seconds in 2024. It's 2.7 seconds now. It's shrinking. At some point it hits zero for retail operators. This is a time-limited opportunity. Not a permanent income stream. Rule changes. Polymarket can change contract mechanics, settlement rules, or API terms overnight. What worked yesterday can lose money tomorrow. Risk management bugs. A 98% win rate strategy with broken position sizing will blow up your account on the one losing trade. The March 2026 experiment proved this. Claude survived. OpenClaw got liquidated. Same strategy. Different risk management. That's why the 2-hour video tutorial walks through every single risk parameter. Because the strategy doesn't kill you. Bad risk management kills you. This is the section most "gurus" delete. I'm keeping it because I'd rather you make money safely than blow up and blame me. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar for honest breakdowns, not hype. ↓ The step-by-step to build your own. Step 1: Set up a Polymarket wallet. Fund with USDC via Polygon network. Start with $100-$300 for testing. Step 2: Generate API credentials. CLOB API key from docs.polymarket .com. Store private key in environment variable. Never hardcode it. Never share it. Step 3: Prompt Claude to build the bot. Use Claude Code for best results. It reads your filesystem, executes code, and iterates on errors autonomously. Step 4: Paper trade for at least one week. Minimum 200 completed trades. Win rate must be above 70% before going live. This step is NOT optional. Step 5: Configure risk management. Max single position: 8% of portfolio. Daily loss limit: -20% with auto halt. Kill switch at -40% drawdown. Telegram alerts on every threshold. Step 6: Go live small. $1-5 per trade. Watch every trade for first week. Compare to paper results. Scale only on evidence. Skip steps 4 and 5 and you will lose your money. That's not a warning. That's a guarantee. This is your complete build guide. Save this post. Follow Himanshu Kumar because I'll be posting the exact Claude prompts for each strategy. ↓ The edge exists right now. Not next month. Not "when you're ready." Right now. The arbitrage window is 2.7 seconds. It was 12 seconds in 2024. It's shrinking every week. Every day you wait, more bots enter the space. The window gets smaller. Your potential returns get smaller. The bots already running have a compounding advantage. They're making money today that they'll use to make more money tomorrow. You're reading about it and telling yourself "I'll look into this next weekend." That's what you said last weekend. And the weekend before that. The best time to start was 6 months ago. The second best time is today. But you already know you're going to bookmark this and never open it again. Prove me wrong. ↓ Full 2-hour video tutorial attached. Every single click. Every command. Every parameter. From zero to running bot. Beginner friendly. Nothing skipped. A similar bot has already earned $2,382,780. Full blockchain proof in the article below. The video is free. The tools are free. The edge still exists. The only thing that costs money is another month of doing nothing while bots eat every opportunity you're too slow to catch. Follow Himanshu Kumar for the complete series covering every automated income stream using Claude. Prediction markets are just the beginning. Save this post. Bookmark it. Screenshot it. Whatever you need to do so you actually watch the video and build the bot instead of just reading about people who did. You Must Follow me Himanshu Kumar, so i can send you DM.

Late in the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, Villanova blew a 10-point lead. With 4.7 seconds left, UNC hit a 3-pointer to tie the game. Villanova's head coach, Jay Wright, called a timeout, and as his players walked to the huddle, they were all saying the same word: “Attitude.” “It's the most important aspect of our program,” Coach Wright explains in his book titled, Attitude. “We wear 'Attitude' wristbands. And when we break a huddle, we say '1, 2, 3, Attitude.'” The test of Attitude, Wright taught his players, is: “Where is your mindset after something bad happens to you?” Where is your mindset after you blow a 10-point lead? Where is your mindset after your opponent hits a 3 to tie the game with 4.7 seconds left? “When I looked into the eyes of our players,” Wright writes, “I saw no anger or regret. No one bemoaned [the UNC player's] 'lucky shot,' or that any of our guys had failed to stop him from grabbing the pass that led to that shot, or anything else.” Instead, “they were all saying, 'Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do. Attitude. This is what we do.'” With this mindset, the players returned to the court. Villanova's Kris Jenkins inbounded the ball to Ryan "Arch" Arcidiacono. Arch dribbled up the left side of the court, crossed half court, cut right towards the 3-point arc, where he underhanded a pass to Jenkins, who caught the ball with 1.3 seconds left, and, in perfect rhythm, jumped then released the ball with 0.6 seconds, and hit a buzzer-beater to win the 2016 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. Takeaway 1: A primary indicator of physical fitness is recovery time. If you are doing all-out sprint intervals, for instance—people who are physically fit recover from one interval to the next faster than those who are not physically fit. “So then, what is mental fitness?” the mental performance coach Greg Harden likes to ask. “Mental fitness is about recovery time,” Harden says. It's about, as Coach Wright said, where your mindset is after something bad happens to you. After something bad happens, people who are mentally fit recover faster than those who are not. Takeaway 2: Just after Kris Jenkins hit the buzzer-beater, Coach Wright famously barely reacted. Before his guys went back on the court, he explained, “I processed all the potential scenarios.” Most likely, the game was going to go to overtime where UNC would ride their wave of momentum and win the game. “No matter the outcome,” Wright continued, “because of the way our players responded after UNC tied the game ["Attitude. Attitude. This is what we do."]—I felt like they had the greatest lesson in life. I felt like that was an accomplishment that would follow them through their lives.” Ryan Holiday once told me, “You have to get to a place where doing the work is the win and everything else is extra.” Wright got to that place. He had done the work to instill in his players a mindset, he said, “that they would carry with them for the remainder of their days on earth.” “In that sense, I knew we had already won.” Everything else was extra. - - - “The fact is, none of us control what happens to us in life—but we do control our responses to those circumstances...no matter how tough it gets or how much of a challenge you face in the final 4.7 seconds of a game.” — Jay Wright Follow Billy Oppenheimer for more content like this!

PROOF THAT AI IS A PONZI SCHEME (and why it's the reason for Bitcoin's crash): Nvidia just posted the most insane earnings in tech history. $31.9 billion in profit. $57 billion in revenue. 65% profit jump year-over-year. Stock rallied immediately. Then 18 hours later, it dropped 5%. And when people looked closer at the numbers, they found something absolutely wild... The Unpaid Bills Nobody Talked About: Nvidia's accounts receivable jumped to $33.4 billion. That's up 89% in one year. Translation: $33 billion worth of "sales" that haven't been paid yet. The average wait time for payment went from 46 days to 53 days. That extra week of waiting? $10.4 billion that may never turn into actual cash. They're booking revenue. But customers aren't paying. The Inventory That Shouldn't Exist: Unsold chip inventory surged 32% in three months to $19.8 billion. Meanwhile, Nvidia's CEO keeps saying demand is "insane" and they can't make chips fast enough. If demand is so crazy, why is inventory piling up? Either customers aren't buying with cash, or the demand story is bullshit. The Profit vs Cash Problem: Nvidia reported $19.3 billion in profit. But only generated $14.5 billion in actual cash flow. That's a $4.8 billion gap. Their profit-to-cash conversion is 75%. TSMC and AMD? Over 95%. When profit doesn't turn into cash, something's wrong. Here's Where It Gets Insane: The money is going in circles. And the same dollars are being counted as revenue multiple times. Follow this: - Nvidia gave xAI $2 billion - xAI borrowed $12.5 billion to buy Nvidia chips - Microsoft invested $13 billion in OpenAI - OpenAI committed $50 billion to Microsoft's cloud - Microsoft ordered $100 billion in Nvidia chips for that cloud - Oracle gave OpenAI $300 billion in cloud credits - OpenAI used those credits to order Nvidia chips for Oracle data centers The money goes in a circle. Nvidia → xAI → Nvidia Microsoft → OpenAI → Microsoft → Nvidia Oracle → OpenAI → Oracle → Nvidia Everyone books revenue. Nobody's actually paying cash. It's financial engineering disguised as growth. The Smart Money Already Left: Peter Thiel sold his Nvidia stake. SoftBank dumped massive positions. Michael Burry (the guy who called 2008) bought $1.1 billion in put options betting Nvidia crashes. They saw the numbers before everyone else did. And they got out. The Bitcoin Collapse: Bitcoin crashed almost 30% from $126,000 to $89,567. Why does this matter? AI startups use Bitcoin as collateral for loans. If Nvidia's crisis deepens, those startups get margin called. They're forced to sell Bitcoin to cover. Which crashes Bitcoin further. Which triggers more margin calls. Analysts think it could hit $52,000 if this unravels. The MIT Reality Check: OpenAI is valued at $157 billion. MIT released a study saying 95% of AI projects will never be profitable. Not "might struggle." NEVER be profitable. The entire sector is built on inflated expectations. What Happens Next: February 2026: Nvidia's Q4 report shows how many bills are 60+ days overdue. March 2026: Credit agencies start downgrading Nvidia and related companies. April 2026: First earnings restatements hit. The whole thing unwinds. Some experts are calling this a Ponzi scheme. No formal fraud investigation yet. But the structure is there: - Use new investor money to pay old investors - Inflate revenue with circular deals - Book sales before receiving cash - Keep the music playing until someone asks for their money Nvidia executives deny everything. Say it's real growth. Real demand. Real transformation. But the numbers don't lie. $10.4 billion in delayed payments. $19.8 billion in unsold inventory. $4.8 billion profit-to-cash gap. Circular funding loops inflating revenue. This is either the biggest tech transformation in history, or the biggest financial engineering scam since 2008. The next three months will tell us which one it is. What are you betting on?
