Several folks, including Tinashe & Nzekete AG have rightly questioned: Are these REAL title deeds if banks can’t SEIZE/GRAB land from defaulting farmers? Mr Kuda Tagwirei answered that part here👇🏽. Listen carefully. But here is a brief explanation of the process: 1. The ONE FAMILY ONE FARM principle has to remain intact. Therefore, no INDIVIDUAL will be allowed to acquire/buy/be allocated two farms. 2. The Title Deed is linked to an ID Number. This means NO INSTITUTION (non-human & non-citizen) will allowed to OWN this land. The land will only be owned by Zimbabwean citizens. 3. If a farmer defaults, BANKS will repossess the land but they won’t KEEP/OWN/HOARD. The land cannot be transferred into bank ownership, it can only be transferred TO ANOTHER ZIMBABWEAN CITIZEN (provided they don’t have a farm already). 4. The OVERALL effects of point 3 above are: 4.1 Banks & any other lender cannot grab/own/hoard land 4.2 Banks will recover their money by SELLING/TRANSFERRING the land to another Zimbabwean Citizen. 4.3 Playful & unproductive farmers will lose the land, & in the end agricultural land will be in the hands of productive farmers. 4.4 The issue of UNPAID LOANS will be a thing of the past. Failing to pay loans now has REAL consequences on the farmer. 4.5 Zimbabweans who didn’t get land during the land reform program will have an opportunity to get land. In short, the Title Deeds are indeed Title Deeds. And Banks won’t be shortchanged.

To be clear, Zimbabwe's land reform was never about really giving land to Africans. Mugabe, a European puppet of note, was only caught off guard by War Veterans who had run out of patience, and he acceded only because he was on the verge of losing power. So, Zimbabwe is a bad example. Now, Chris Kunzler here makes one of the most important cases for land reform, giving Alexandra as an example, where vast tracts of land lie unused (and owned by Europeans who inherited the land from previous thieves), but the land cannot be used to resettle the crowded people of Alex. A drive around Gauteng will show that there exists these vast tracts of land around the most overpopulated townships, but the government cannot use this land because it is obscenely priced for the willing buyer and willing seller BS.

The Empire Never Forgave Zimbabwe for Taking Back Land Zimbabwe is preparing to return 67 foreign-owned commercial farms seized during its land reform program, with the government saying the properties were protected under bilateral investment agreements. Before land reform, about 4,500 white farmers controlled most of the country’s most fertile land, a direct legacy of colonial dispossession. When Zimbabwe attempted to reverse that injustice, it was punished with sanctions, isolation, restricted access to finance, and years of Western hostility. Now, in the name of rebuilding relations with Western governments and international lenders, Zimbabwe is being pushed back into the old colonial bargain: return the land, compensate former settlers, reassure investors, and call it progress. This is not reconciliation. It is a land grab under the guise of economic blackmail. For Africa, the warning is clear: sovereignty means very little if a country cannot control its land, protect its resources, and make economic decisions without being punished by the same powers that benefited from colonial theft.

AFRIXPLAINED: MUGABE’S LAND REFORM - GOOD OR BAD? With issues related to colonial-era land grabs by White settlers in South Africa making headlines, we are reminded of how the West condemned former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe (1924-2019) for his land reforms. For Zimbabweans, it was a vital step towards reclaiming sovereignty and addressing historical injustices. These reforms led to a boost in agricultural production. However, the sanctions they triggered from the EU and the US led to considerable economic difficulties. Research conducted between 2000-2010 in Masvingo province, one of the areas where the land reform was implemented, has revealed that mainstream media narratives did not fully capture the complexities of the situation. The war veterans want the court to declare Mnangagwa's policy decision and move ultra vires provisions of the constitution, specifically sections 72(5), 293(3) and 257 (1)(a), this unlawful. The applicants in the case are five war veterans led by Joseph "Ginger" Chinguwa and War Veterans Pressure Group Trust. The respondents are Mnangagwa, Lands and Agriculture minister Anxious Masuka and the Land Commission. The war veterans are represented by seasoned lawyer Tendai Biti of Tendai Biti Law. Mnangagwa launched the Land Tenure Implementation Programme at his Pricabe Farm in Sherwood, Kwekwe, in December last year. SOUTH AFRICA There is no persecution of any race in South Africa. Yes we have a crime problem, which government is working on. More blacks are affected by this than any other race. It’s over 30 years the ANC government has not confiscated a single piece of land. The law is very clear, if government wants land it must be willing seller and the person will get market price. If no agreement can be reached it will go to a special court and they will determine the price of the land. The lies being spread about SA is laughable no such things are happening here. I guarantee you at least 90% of the people will return. Don’t listen to anyone but Mr Jaco Minnaar is President of AGRISA who ironically represents 99.9% white farmers, he said” their no confiscation of land in South Africa. Simple terms he called Donald trump a list.
