It's achievable,but not with the current polices . No way Mr president. Am ready to join you but I know this, we need to implement our constitution fully . Period ,it can be achieved.

This would be possible if there were accountability. KRA is doing its part, collecting as much tax as possible, including overtaxation. But in every government department and ministry, some guys are looting almost everything.
