They need to leave it as it is. Changing all the time is stupid

My suggestion is to "meet in the middle" and set the clock 30 minutes half way between standard time and daylight savings time -- and then LEAVE IT THERE. There's nothing weird or mystical about going "off" 30 minutes. Perfect compromise, and no more changing clocks twice a year.

It would be great if daylight savings time were removed.

It’s really easy. Get rid of the time change and stay with the natural standard time where noon is the highest point halfway between dawn and dusk.

President Trump is taking decisive action to end the outdated and costly practice of Daylight Saving Time. Despite some public debate, the truth is clear: permanent time change is necessary to eliminate the inconvenience and expense of biannual clock changes. The Sunshine Protection Act, which passed the Senate in 2022, is a step in the right direction, but Congress must act swiftly to align with Trump's vision. With support from leaders like Elon Musk, it's time to end this bureaucratic relic and prioritize efficiency. Trump's leadership is driving real change, and Congress must follow suit.
