It turned out plate licking good. 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 pinch fresh or dry rosemary 1 small clove garlic 1/2 Boursin cream puck (about 2.5 oz) 1 cup bone broth 1/2 cup cream The sauce is very forgiving if it becomes too thick. Just add more broth!
