There is a country called Tuvalu. It's in Oceania. You can tour the whole country in less than 20 mins. Polulation is less than 11k. They have only 4 hotels and 1 police station. It is forbidden to ride a car. Only government officials are permitted to because apparently there's no space. The whole country is like one narrow road. The whole area is 26 km2 (10 sq mi). You can see the ocean on the right and the see on the left. They have no university (People go to nearby Fiji for university), but education up to high school is free. It is estimated that Tuvalu will sink fully in the next 30 to 40 years. I found out about them today
