I remember the first time I watched this movie, seeing someone in the background getting dismembered by a soldier and thinking “wow, that’s really violent for a Ghibli movie” thinking full well that was as violent as it’d get. And then BOOM. Double arm dismemberment. 10/10

I was 4 when this came out.
