An FIR for abetment of suicide has been registered at Safdarjung Enclave Police Station under section 108/61(2)BNS against the wife Swati who is also a Judge and her IAS sister Nidhi Malik in the suicide case of Karkardooma Court Judge Aman Kumar Sharma. But it seems more like a planned murder than a suicide as per the statement of Adv Prem Kumar Sharma, Father of Judge Aman Kumar Sharma. IAS Nidhi Malik is a 2013 Batch IAS officer who is posted in Jammu at Present. She is married to 2012 Batch IPS Officer Devesh Kumar Mahla who was posted as DCP at New Delhi District of Delhi Police and is currently posted as Director, FSSAI with Central Government. It is speculated that even Nidhi Malik is not having a harmonious relationship with her husband. Plea argues that once a family member attains a Govt or Constitutional post, their children should not keep availing quota benefits. I can give 3 examples right here on how benefits of reservations are availed by those who are no-more oppressed or without access to resources to studies. Father → Kids 1. Jaswant Dabi (ITS officer, Group A central service) → Tina Dabi (IAS, 2015 batch) and Ria Dabi (IAS, 2020 batch)— Family availed ST reservation benefits. 2. Uttam Khobragade (IAS, 1984 batch) → Devyani Khobragade (IFS, 1999 batch) — Both availed SC reservation. 3. Sanwar Mal Verma (Promotee IAS, Rajasthan cadre) → Kanishak Kataria (IAS, 2018 batch) — Family from SC category; son topped on merit but eligible under SC framework. These are just 3 examples. In Kalyan, near the railway station, a man named Siddharth Singh Chandel, posing as a GST officer, was exposed by the student wing of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) for running fraudulent coaching classes under the name “Siddharth Logic”, claiming to offer coaching for UPSC, MPSC, banking, and other competitive exams. Following numerous complaints from students, MNVS District president Mr. Paresh Chaudhary and MNVS City president Mr. Vinod Kene confronted the director of the classes. When Siddharth Chandel failed to give any satisfactory answers nor documents, MNS took strict action against him. It was discovered that through two branches in Kalyan and Navi Mumbai, an estimated 400 to 500 students were charged fees ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 each. In reality, there were no qualified teachers, no proper training, and not even a single experienced faculty member. Once students realized they had been scammed and demanded refunds, they were allegedly threatened. The total fraud is estimated to be around ₹20 to ₹30 lakh. I'd love to see ballistic missiles launched from Canada and Saudi Arabia's KSS-III submarines. 🇨🇦🇸🇦 Hanwha Ocean emphasized the KSS-III CPS's VLS, not only the patrol capabilities in interviews and on its website. Operational-Level hypersonic missiles would be ideal here rather than HM-IV-4. So, since the KSS-III CPS model is based on Batch-II, let's look at some of the technical features of Batch-II. Its AIP, PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) generates electricity by reacting oxygen stored in a liquid oxygen tank with hydrogen stored in a hydrogen storage alloy. This allows conventional submarines to remain submerged for extended periods without operating diesel generators. The KSS-III Batch-I boasts a large-capacity hydrogen fuel cell with a power output of 480 kW. The capacity and number of liquid oxygen tanks and hydrogen cylinders in the KSS-III Batch-II have increased by more than 16%. Furthermore, thanks to the 22.4MWh lithium-ion batteries in Batch-II, the submerged operation time has been increased by up to three times, and high-efficiency charge/discharge efficiency and charge life have significantly improved operability and maintainability. The number of acoustic channels in the flank and bow-mounted array sensors has increased by over 30%, and a conformal bow sonar has been implemented. Even Batch-I is high-performance, so Batch-II will be even better, right? KSS-III CPS will not be exactly the same as Batch-II, but it will be very similar. An interesting anecdote occurred at the last MADEX. The Saudi Arabian Chief of Naval Operations asked, "Is it possible to export KSS-III Batch-II to Saudi Arabia?" and Korea replied, "Of course." In your own words, “Some of the PharmD doctors have not been paid, the last batch, some of their allowances have not been paid, it wasn’t their salaries”. This is you insinuating that our salaries have been paid, it’s just left with allowances which is FALSE. 2. For your information, the last batch you referred to is Rx’22, the batch I’m a part of, the batch owed one full year salary (allowances). 3. Let me state emphatically that no one from the ‘last batch’ you referred to has been paid any form of salaries (allowances). The government does not even have our bank account numbers. In fact, we still do not have any form of clearance. 4. So you LIED about that. 5. I can see that, until today, you clearly did not know that for the PharmD house officer, the salary is the same as the allowances. We do not receive allowances separately from salaries. For your information, the last batch you referred to is Rx’22, the batch I’m a part of, the batch owed one full year salary (allowances). 3. Let me state emphatically that no one from the ‘last batch’ you referred to has been paid any form of salaries (allowances). The government does not even have our bank account numbers. In fact, we still do not have any form of clearance. 4. So you LIED about that. 5. I can see that, until today, you clearly did not know that for the PharmD house officer, the salary is the same as the allowances. We do not receive allowances separately from salaries. If ever there is an award for misleading students or lying in an official document, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) may well emerge the winner. After a prolonged debate, JNU started offering BTech programs. And this is what they achieved: 1. They offer two programs - CSE & ECE. Both in high demand. 2. Their sanctioned intake is 120 3. They managed to admit 112 students. 4. The rank cutoff required a student of at least 98 percentile to get admission. 5. Only 78 students graduated in time. 5. Only 17 of the 78 could be placed. That too at an abysmal 6.5 lacs median salary. And the lies start here. The unplaced 61 students (78% of the graduating batch) are shown as having opted for higher studies. In no other BTech college do 4/5th of students move for higher studies. The fact is that each of the 61 unplaced students have been shown as moving for higher studies. It is a balancing figure.
