Pro model in ChatGPT does feel very different - the generations are a lot faster (20 mins vs 60-80 mins for Pro Extended) and the quality is really excellent. I'll do a side by side later, but this golden gate is quite excellent vs what all other models can...

The 'Pro' model in ChatGPT does look like a real upgrade - generations are 3-4x times faster and look at lot better. I wouldn't say it is a giant leap forward, but a material upgrade - generations are richer, with more detail and coherence. Considering that generations take c.20 minutes, I wonder if it becomes viable to include the Pro model inside Codex. The Pro mode is where they have a clear advantage vs Anthropic, who don't have an equivalent model.

Don’t we deserve better? Indian side vs the Bhutanese side. Saw and felt the different last time as well. Enter Bhutan and you feel you are in a different place all together. Simple ask to my government, citizens and locals of Jaigaon: why can’t our side be as clean as theirs? What does it take? Frankly, Jaigaon (the Indian side) is a mess. Sadly :-(

Battle of the new coding models: Cursor vs Cognition They both make big claims being near the frontier - how well do they pass the Golden Gate Bridge test? I've included 5x non-cherry picked generations from each, followed by examples from pre-release test of Gemini 3 Pro, GPT-5 and Sonnet 4.5. Generations are mostly one shot, but each had errors twice, which it then fixed in the next generation. My impressions: - Both are clearly way behind the frontier - Between the two, Windsurf's SWE-1.5 is a winner for me - no huge errors like two parts of the bridge are the wrong way round - But SWE-1.5 generations were quite low-fi and Cursor's composer did have some better generations - Overall GPT-5 seems like the best model around on these tests, and Gemini 3 Pro seems to have a lot of potential Music via Suno

Seedance vs Kling vs Grok. What do you think? Incredible results! I tried Grok's new elements and they're excellent. 🔥 Conclusions and suggestions: Kling has cinematic quality and perfectly respects the aesthetic of the elements and environments I provided. I used the pro version of Seedance and it doesn't display the waterfalls; it modifies the reference images. I feel like it's limited. New Golden Gate SOTA: GPT-5.1-Pro! I want to stress that this was _NOT_ one shot - in fact it was many different iterations in 3 different chats. I loved the way it did the water, night sky and the clouds, but it took a lot of back & forth to get the details right - traffic, colours, land. It was quite frustrating that GPT-5.1-Pro wasn't following the instructions after a few steps - it seems like it was struggling to combine the different reasoning threads into a single correct one. But still, this is the best result I got so far.

GPT-5.4 is my new default model for OpenClaw. For the last 2 months, Opus was the only model I felt could really unlock OpenClaw for serious agent tasks. GPT-5.4 is the first one that got close enough in quality to change that. In practice, it feels ~60% faster (73 tok/s vs 46), costs about half as much, and gives ~5x longer context. That combination makes OpenClaw much more snappy as a default. I tested it side by side against Opus 4.6 on deep research + slide generation, and the outputs are inspectable too. Full video below:

Either Nick has poor comprehension skills or he’s simply counter signaling in bad faith because it’s how he makes a living. Anyone with half a brain can understand both sides are “bad” in the literal sense. There has rarely ever been a such thing as a “good” politician. No one is saying to “worship” republican politicians; what I am saying is as a faction, as a whole, there absolutely are 2 sides to this. One side is vehemently and openly anti God and anti family and the other, even if not everyone necessarily abides by it, is openly pro God and pro family. The RW DOES *represent* the “good” side, it’s just corrupted by poor leadership. There are a lot of bad apples in the RW, yes, but there is NO such thing as a good liberal. I am not stupid for refusing to stand by the side that OPENLY and PROUDLY *represents* a set of ideas that go against everything I believe in—I have genuine beliefs, something Nick could never relate to.
