I just saw you on Ahmed’s Med Map the other day when I was thinking of buying it! How was it the course?

The course is great. It goes from understanding "how to render basic shapes" like cube, sphere, etc. and using them in portrait painting. There's also a section on color, shape language, stylization, additional content, etc. He really did a great job with it :)

Thank you! :) Thank you! I think it's thanks to my daily practice. The more you paint, the more you understand how things can evolve. Plus it's digital, so even if you make a "mistake", it's quite easy to fix :)

You using blots of colors as base instead of a traditional sketch was very intimidating. This was very well done! 🔥🔥🔥

Yeah, most of the time, when I go for this process, I have a ref for the pose, like this one: and even if the design is 100% different, having a "base ref" can help. It's like having this kind of plastic mannequin to which you can add hair, clothes, etc.
